Perfect family reunion house

We loved the beautiful views! A spacious and clean house, with ample rooms, bathrooms! and utensils etc. for our large group. (11 adults and 12 children.) Convenient access to beach. We loved our stay and hope to return in 2027.

Great Family Reunion Spot

This home is beautiful and well taken care of. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and have fun with 25 of us. The view of Bear Lake was beautiful. The owner was quick to respond with all questions, and the house had everything we needed to cook meals for our big group. There are only small A/C units, not central air. This was mostly fine since it stays cool at night, but just want a head up if that is important to anyone. We really enjoyed our stay a ton.

Extended family gathering

There was plenty of room for 5 families to enjoy our two night stay. The outside play area was a hit with the small kids. The access to the ideal beach resort was a plus, beach and swimming pool. Kitchen facilities and bedrooms were great. The location was convenient to access Garden City “downtown “. We enjoyed Minnatonka Cave. Good raspberry shakes at the Chevron gas station. Better than waiting an hour for a shake in town.

Beautiful views and awesome home

What a perfect getaway for our extended family of 20. The large bunk rooms were so nice, the large kitchen and two fridge/freezer units were very helpful, and the large living/gathering spaces were heavenly. And the views of Bear Lake! We couldn’t stop looking out the windows!! Would gladly stay here again!

This house was perfect for us. I appreciated the air conditioning in that it was hot week in Bear Lake. It has a ton of extras and is just super spacious and clean. I also appreciate the Ideal Beach Resort Pass.

SUMMER VACATION

It worked well for us plenty of sleeping quarters and the kids had a great time. plenty of parking space, we had a flatbed trailer and several cars it was great. Plenty of space for meals and games for all of us to be together.

Wonderful place to stay

This is a truly a special place and you can see the care and attention to detail that have gone into making it feel like home. We thought it actually looked better than the photos and was larger than we realized also. There was plenty of space for our group of 21 to spread out. It was well stocked. Great communication with owner and no problems with check-in or during our stay. It's a beautiful, more private location and the views are just spectacular (the deck!). We would definitely stay here again thank you!

Wonderful weekend with family over the 4th of July 2024

We loved staying here. The view was amazing and it was very quiet, except for our family inside : ) It was bigger than I thought and the extra family room worked out so well. We had about 7 cars, there was plenty of space for parking. The deck was so fun with the views. We would stay there again.
