This retreat offers comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests and is dog-friendly, ensuring that no family member is left behind.

Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area features cozy seating and large windows that bathe the space in natural light. Relax by the fireplace, curl up with a book, or gather with loved ones for lively conversations. Must be 25 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD recommended in all seasons.

The cabin was clean, fully stocked with towels, paper products, trash bags, extra propane tank and even a bit of wood for the main floor fire place. Hot tub was accessible from each of the queen bedrooms (main floor door goes right out too it and upstairs had a spiral stair case going down to it) and the wrap around deck, it was clean and up to temp upon our arrival. The deck had ample seating and plenty of covered space for shade or rain protection. The cabin had ample room for our group, two families of four, four adults and four teenagers to spread out. The hot water heater is a beast zero issues with hot water for multiple showers a day sometimes multiple showers at once, plus dishes. They had a tray for our dogs dishes which was nice. Amazing fire pit out back with chairs and a good sized back yard. There are close neighbors on both sides. I only have a couple things that aren’t even close to deal breakers that would have been nice. The lighting in the main floor bedroom was very poor, really hard to see in my suitcase. There also isn’t anywhere to set your suitcase besides the floor and you can’t unpack as there isn’t any furniture in the bedrooms to unpack into one or the other of these options would have been nice in all of the bedrooms. Not deal breakers but would have been nice additions.

Great cabin. Lots of space to be together but not cramped. Hot tub was clean and nice. The upstairs door to the balcony was tough to open and there could be more glasses in the kitchen. Beautiful views and wonderful space.

Overall the cabin is beautiful, clean, easy to find, close enough to town. We enjoyed the basement and pool table and beautiful relaxing scenery. It was stocked with most of what we needed and even helpful to have a baby gate because there is an open staircase with no door. We were worried until we found the gate. It was a challenge to enjoy the hot tub due to lack of privacy being too close to the neighbors who had their back porch light on the entire time. A fence or gate would have made it a lot better, we only used it once for that reason. A hairdryer would have been nice also, most places have one so we didn’t pack one. Fire pit was very nice and the place was cozy, just a few things would have made it perfect.

Excellent for the price!

Stayed here for a hiking trip among friends, the amenities worked perfectly and the kitchen was fully stocked even with spices and oils. Quiet spot about half an hour from the visitor center of Hocking Hills state park, but its a very simple drive and we didn’t mind at all. There is a house next door that is pretty proximal to the cabin, so it isn’t entirely secluded, we were worried about disrupting neighbors when we were outside. Other than that, the place is phenomenal, the owners were responsive, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to see the gems of the region!

great getaway great location

Everything was very nice -we came to relax and hike and our teenage boys wanted to golf - so being 10 minutes from the golf course was perfect as well as being only 20-30 minutes from the trails! It was a great refresh for us all! THANK YOU!

Awesome stay in this cabin

Had a really awesome stay with friends at this cabin. When we first arrived everything was clean and kept, with plenty of towels and materials for washing our laundry. The location was excellent, as it was close to many trails and a short drive away from Hocking Hills State Park. Overall, this was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed and we will no doubt be checking out these cabins again.

Great cabin good location

My family and i enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was clean and had good access to all the Hocking Hills attractions without feeling touristy. The cabin fit our family of 6 perfectly and stayed cool in the 90 degree weather. I highly recommend.

Great location

We stayed here for the weekend with family, our daughter graduated from OU. The property was very nice and clean. The location was perfect for our stay, only about 20 minutes from campus and also close to fishing and hiking. The basement was very cold, luckily we had extra blankets with us. The address was difficult to see at night. Overall, very happy with the property.

Several cleanliness and maintenance issues

Communication with the owners was great from book g through the start of our stay. However, upon our arrival, one of the toilets was broken, and there were carpet stains (several very bad ones) that we didn’t want to get charged for. We reached out and still, a week later, have not heard back. The cabin was as described, but it was in bad need of a cleaning. There was something sticky all over the bar stools and counter top, the floor was gross (especially under the couch and table, the fans were so dusty that a dust bunny fell on one of the kids’ dinner plate on the first night, and the grill was so dirty that it caught on fire when we used it. To top it all off, the cleaning person had left an envelope on the countertop asking for tips! The hot tub was not full enough to heat properly or run the jets. The shelves in the refrigerator were all broken, and the tight fit in the fridge meant that several things froze being so close to the cooling element. We enjoyed our vacation and hiking; it was 20-30 minutes from all of the trails. We love hocking hills, but we won’t be staying here again!

Retreat

The cabin was wonderful and the stay was so quiet and serene. We admired the beautiful woodwork crafted in the cabin. Our group cannot wait to come back to this cabin, hopefully in the late summer, or fall to enjoy the outside. While we arrived, we got to see the beautiful scenery while it was snowing, and the early morning sunrise through the wooded areas surrounding the cabin. I would refer this cabin to anyone looking for privacy and enjoys nature.

Great family home and property

The is house is amazing. Well-appointed and set-up for families. Only four of us, but plenty of room for more! House was very clean. Appreciated the use of the hot tub and indoor fireplace. One improvement to suggest would be to replace the mattresses. All too often, a rental mattress has that pit in the middle, as the first floor bedroom did. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Great Cabin!

We stayed here for a small bachelor party and it was everything we could have hoped for. The grill had plenty of propane for steaks, hot tub was well maintained, and the living space was perfect for hanging out.

Absolutely beautiful cabin. Very quite and relaxing..

We absolutely loved this cabin. Very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Hot tub and pool table were the highlights of the night after all the hiking we did while we were there. We will definitely refer this cabin to anyone that is heading to Hocking Hills and if we ever go back we would absolutely book this cabin again!!

The cabin is beautiful, clean, spacious but the communication needs to be better between the owner and the person booking. I didn’t get the code till I called Expedia the night before of our booking. There also needs to be information book for the person who’s is renting about the property.All other cabins we stayed at before had detail information about the cabin. We had a hot tub but couldn’t find the light switch for the light by the hot tub at night. It was so dark and no light there in the back of the cabin. When we arrived we only got 4 towels total and we had a party of 8. I had to text the owner. Constant texting about stuff that should have had at the cabin in the first place. I rated it 4 because the cabin. Is great but the owner needs to and communicate to cleaner how many towels to leave and detailed information about the cabin for the renter,
