  • In the centre of Loctudy in the Golden Triangle, charming atypical little fisherman's house from the 1920s of 42 m2 completely redone and decorated with care.
    South facing and located in a pedestrian alley in a dead end 150 metres from the ocean and a 1-minute walk from shops (bakery, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, tobacconist, hairdresser...)
    You will feel at home according to your favourite season.
    For fish & seafood lovers you can buy them directly at the port 5 minutes walk away.

    7 minutes walk away you will find the beach of Langoz with the nautical centre. It is perfect for taking the children on a sailing course, renting a kayak or a paddle.

    It is ideal for 2 people, 1 couple or 2 friends, or 1 couple with 1 child (from 5-6 years old)
    And also for a mini stay for 4, if sharing your privacy is not a problem because the mezzanine is open to the bedroom.

    The first floor consists of an equipped kitchen (without dishwasher), a table with 4 chairs and a small lounge area.
    On the 1st floor a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) offering a cathedral view opening onto a small mezzanine equipped with a 2nd double bed (140x190), a small dressing room, an office area, TV (+wifi) and a shower room with WC.
    A small terrace overlooking the alleyway will allow you to have breakfast outside in good weather. The house does not have a garden but some outdoor plants.
