The Space:
The house offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant vacation with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 6 people in two bedrooms.
An additional adjoining house can be rented, allowing you to accommodate up to 13 people (please contact us for more information).
The house is composed of:
On the ground floor:
- a large dining room with sea view equipped with a sofa
- a separate kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, micro- wave, kettle, oven, induction hob
- a large living room with sofa, television and sea view
- a laundry room with washing machine
- a separate toilet
On the 1st floor: a bedroom with a double bed (160cm ) and a bathroom with shower, WC and double sink.
On the 2nd floor: a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds (90cm)
The house is a central point for discovering the bay of Morlaix. It is located 5 minutes from the town of Carantec and the town of Morlaix. There is direct access to the coastal hiking trails (GR 34).

- A €250 deposit will be required.
- Your Property Manager, Claire, will be at your disposal during your stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Optional services: Bed linen and towels (€30/person) can be ordered after booking.
- Optional service: End-of-stay cleaning (€100) can be ordered after booking. A mandatory "interim cleaning" fee of €25 is charged at the time of booking and includes preparing the house and providing the welcome kit to start your stay: dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and sponges. Linens are included: a tea towel and bath mat.
- Late arrivals and departures are possible at an additional cost.
- Tourist tax is payable on site by check or cash according to the current rate (except Airbnb).
