El ático cuenta con 3 terrazas, una en la parte delantera hacia el lago, una en el costado y otra en la parte posterior, donde se puede disfrutar de una vista de la ciudad de locarno. Además de esto, disfruta de una vista impresionante del lago Maggiore hasta toda la llanura de Magadino.

    Un mobiliario moderno y sofisticado, una cocina con todas las comodidades y 3 habitaciones, una habitación doble, una habitación con dos camas individuales y una habitación con 3 camas individuales.

    Una arquitectura moderna con apartamentos amplios, luminosos y confortables que lo hacen único en esta área.

    Residencia construida con materiales naturales y de alta calidad como el mármol granito.

Lovely penthouse with superb view of Lake Maggiore

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment overlooking the lake. It is spacious, well equipped and in an excellent location, very close to the centre of Locarno, with easy access to public transportation and lovely walks along the lake. Our only disappointment was that the carpet shown in the pictures had been removed from the apartment, which would have enhanced the sitting and dining areas.

Where to start? Esmeralda was very accommodating and efficient. We were always able to communicate with her. The apartment was fabulous. Exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the mountain, lake and hillside views! It was very close to town, walked it everyday. We were sad the morning we left. Also blessed with beautiful weather! Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant stay.

Perfect Location

Location overlooking the lake could not be better. Close to Trains/busses and Ferries. Well kept property - would definitely come back. As with all Swiss Rentals there is a Tourist Tax per night of stay which was not mentioned in the listing. Just be prepared to pay it.

Huge Flat in great location

The apartment was very spacious, much larger than we anticipated. The balcony overlooking Lago Maggiore was a wonderful spot to drink coffee in the morning and enjoy the view at the end of the day. The location was excellent and easy to find. It was about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. The flat also spotlessly clean upon arrival. We would certainly book this flat again on future travels.

wonderful property

We loved staying at Residenza Vivian for the second time in three years. It is ideally situated with the perfect view of lago Maggiore and closeness to Piazza Grande and the shopping area. The only suggestions we would like to make: The pillows were too small and no extra ones in the apartment. The area of the washer/dryer was messy due to the pigeons starting nests. Our suggestions would be a curtain (beads etc) to block the area off for the birds. Thank you for renting this beautiful apartment to us.

Fabulous Luxury Apartment

We stayed in 703A, a 3 bedroom penthouse apartment on the 7th floor of a modern block overlooking the lake.The property is massive and has three outdoor terraces. Three bathrooms, all absolutely spotless and pristine. Huge kitchen with eye level double oven, central island, wine fridge etc and all opening on to the open plan dining area and lounge with access on to the main terrace. Massive 60 inch TV great for watching the Euros 2024 matches every night. Superb 5 star quality overall. It is simply stunning. If there is a downside, some would consider the road noise obtrusive, but all of the properties fronting the lake are in a similar situation and the soundproofing and glazing are very high quality. I slept soundly each night and would thoroughly recommend.
