  • Ideally located facing the sea, from every corner of the villa you will appreciate the wonderful view of the sea. Very quiet place for rest and relaxation, so you will not have to worry about your children. In each room on the first floor you will appreciate its wonderful views of the sea and you will have access to the upper terrace shared by the two rooms. Each room on the upper floor has its own bathroom with a bathtub.
    You can also enjoy barbecue and breakfast on the porch with these wonderful views.

Tolle Aussicht

- herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer - kurzer Weg in die Bucht und zum Bäcker - 3 Schlafzimmer mit drei Bädern entspannen den Aufenhalt bei 3 Pärchen - Haus ist recht gut ausgestattet - alles da, was man braucht. Die ein oder andere Schönheitsreparatur steht an, stört aber nicht ernsthaft

We had an amazing two weeks at this home. A short walk to the beach, an even shorter walk to restaurants and a small but workable grocery store. The local beach is perfect for kids, even small kids! There are many stairs to get to the beach, so not stroller friendly. But we would carry our one year old twins to the beach. The water is shallow, calm, and beautiful. The cliffs provide plenty of shade. Our four kids loved it! It’s a quiet part of Mallorca and was just what we needed to rest and relaxation as a family. I loved sitting out by the pool, looking at the cliffs and Mediterranean as my kids napped. Perfect stay!

Fabulous villa with the most amazing view!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. There were 6 adults (3 couples) and it was the perfect size. The villa was clean and very cool with aircon units in each bedroom and the living room. The outside space was truly lovely. The pool was immaculate and a great size. We felt like we were on a cruise ship, as we could see the spectacular view of the sea while in the pool. The hosts we very lovely and extremely accommodating. We would not hesitate to go back to this fantastic villa.

Jolie maison dans quartier agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans’ la Maison d’Angela. Elle et son mari ont été très accueillants et de bon conseil. La piscine avec vue mer est très agréable. La terrasse avec vue mer très agréable aussi. Pas de climatisation mais 2 ventilateurs à disposition. Maison propre. Jolie crique et commerces accessibles à 3 minutes. Un séjour agréable.

Fantastic place

We had a great stay at the fantastic place with a magic view. A smooth arrival and checkin with the service-minded and friendly property manager Angela. The house was cleaned and fresh at the arrival. Comfortable beds and great with AC in all rooms. The pool was nice with a view that was above our expectations. Cala Pi is a nice and calm village and the house is close to the restaurants, small supermarkets and the beach. Our teenagers also loved the house and Cala Pi. We would definitely like to come back.

Great stay at Cala pi

The property is in a great location ideally placed for the beautiful cala pi beach and the restaurants in Cala pi. This is primarily a residential area and not a resort but that gives it a really nice calm vibe. A car is probably required to get the most from your holiday and we travelled to other nearby beaches; se covetes and Es trenc. The property is beautiful with a pool with an amazing sea view. It has all the facilities you could want and air conditioning a real bonus as the weather was very hot! Wi-fi was reliable most of the time.Kevin was a really friendly host and we would love to return.

Stunning view

On the bad side: 1) We received the wrong address 2) The cleaning of the pool was not satisfactory. 3) The local beach was not very good due to the large amount of bio mass that was there. On the good side: 1) The house was just like the description on internet. 2) Close proximity to the local beach and shop. 3) Finding Cala Pi was easy. 4) The view is stunning!

Fabulous view in a lively corner of Mallorca

We spent an amazing 2 weeks at this property. A couple of issues with the pool and showers were quickly and efficiently resolved by property manager Angela and her husband. The property is perfectly placed for a short walk to Cala Pi either to the shops and restaurants or down to the small beach in the cove. The restaurants are a mixed bag but there is plenty of choice. The house is a little tired in places and could use some updating, but everything you need is there and the furniture is comfortable, not that you'll spend much time inside as the view out to sea is amazing, watching the boats go by. The pool is warm and plenty big enough for the family to enjoy. The only downside we experienced was that Cala Pi is obviously a popular place for day visitors and we did have several issues with people parking across the drive blocking us in or out, the presence of our car or open gates didn't seem to make any difference, so best to leave your car on the street if you have places to be the next day. Perhaps out of the busy season this isn't an issue.

Great Family Escape

The property is a perfect get away for families or friends. We travelled with three adults and two children (5y.o. and 3y.o.). The accommodation is homely and provides plenty of space to entertain and relax. The pool is refreshing - though note it is 1.2m at its shallowest therefore if you are bringing young ones or those not comfortable swimming bring swimming aids or visit the local Cala Pi supermarket for a dingy or ring. The proximity to Cala Pi town centre is a bonus - ten minute descent and your on the beach. If you are up for a bit more of an adventure follow the path to Cala Beltrán and do some snorkelling in the cove. The town has some nice cafes and bars - recommend Se Terrassa (higher end cuisine / reservation needed) and Ca’l Reiet (homely snack bar). Finally the owners Kevin and Angela were super responsive and helpful. We arrived very late but they were immediately accommodating and made the check in process seamless - cleaning the pool was fitted around us being out for the day to minimise disruption. Would recommend to anyone - great for sitting by the pool, bathing on the beach or exploring the local attractions like Aqualand (recommended too).

Lovely Property But So Dirty and Owners Unhelpful

Upon arrival at the property, we had to spend 3 hours cleaning it, including filling the dishwasher as cutlery and plates were filthy, 2/3 glasses had chips in them, all 3 bathrooms were so dirty you could scrape your fingernail with dirt along the bath, the floors had to be swept, towels had to be washed as they had a sour smell and the outside patio had to be swept, furniture cleaned. We could actually do something about this ourselves and may probably have not mentioned anything apart from the one thing we couldn't clean ourselves, the swimming pool. This was very dirty and had not been cleaned. The owners were not interested, came out reluctantly and basically did nothing. There was algae in the pool the duration of our stay. I have text messages where the owner has stated that algae in the pool is normal and they admit not cleaning it recently. I have photos to show the extent of the dirt, especially since there is a mirror image pool next door which is beautifully clean as it should be. To add insult to injury, because we complained about the pool, they charged us 200 euros after we left for a bed bracket that was broken before we arrived. Avoid this property at all costs. Precious family holiday timed ruined.

Heaven on Earth!

Our stay was amazing! The house is gorgeous and was very clean when we arrived. All the beds were comfortable. The location was great for watching sunrises (even if you are not an early riser, I would highly recommend) and swimming in the pool at sunset. Great for families! .

Schönes Haus mit einer sehr guten Einrichtung speziell Ausstattung der Küche. Allerdings in den Sommermonaten ohne Klimaanlage einfach zu heiß in der Nacht.

Eine tolle Woche mit genialem Ausblick

Das Haus lag sehr schön und das Meerblick war genauso wie auf den Bildern . Kevin war sehr zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit und tatsächlich rund um die Uhr erreichbar . Die Abwicklung der Übergabe sehr unkompliziert. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden . Man ist auf jeden Fall aufs Auto angewiesen .Im Ort gibt es eine kleine Supermarkt und Paar schöne Lokale , die Füssläufig erreichbar sind .Insgesamt war es eine sehr schöne erholsame Aufenthalt . Immer wieder gerne

Fantastisk hus

Alt var perfekt, huset var rent og vi manglede ikke noget. Poolen blev flittigt brugt af vores børnebørn og vi nød den fantastiske udsigt. Hyggelig lille by med flere gode restauranter og et lille supermarked. Rigtig dejligt med lille strand indenfor kort gå afstand. Vi giver vores bedste anbefalinger.

A Dream

Atemberraubende Lage, sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus, der Pool ein Traum nebst der wunderschönen Aussicht über das Meer, gepflegter Garten, gut isoliert trotz Hitze von 34 C konnte das Haus kühl gehalten werden, tolle Betten/Matrazen und Duvets, Küche Einrichtung lädt zum Kochen ein, sehr schöne Badezimmer. Tip: Auto mieten!

Schönes Haus mit Traumlage

Die Angaben des Objektes sind sachgerecht ,es war alle vorhanden für einen guten Urlaub. Auch Putzmittel, Kerzen etc wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön an der Steilküste. Der kleine Ort bietet Möglichkeit für einen kleinen Einkauf. Strand fußläufig zu erreichen. Kevin hat sich um alles sofort und sehr nett gekümmert.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!!
