Welcome to this classic-style villa with a private pool, ideal for up to 10 guests, located in Lloseta, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range.

The heart of the villa is its large private chlorinated pool, measuring 12 x 6 metres and with a depth of between 1 and 2 metres. Perfect for refreshing on sunny days, the pool is fenced for greater safety and surrounded by a large terrace equipped with 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols. Next to the pool, a cosy covered porch invites you to enjoy the outdoors, with comfortable sofas, a dining area and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. For barbecue lovers, the property has a fixed and a mobile barbecue.

Inside, the villa combines elegance and comfort in every corner. Upon entering, the large living room features sofas, armchairs, a piano and a cosy dining area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a dishwasher, oven and induction hob includes a practical adjoining dining area for sharing delicious family moments. Additionally, the house has a library-style lounge with satellite TV and comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing afternoons.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms designed to ensure maximum comfort. Three of them have double beds and the other two have two single beds each, perfect for children or friends. The master bedroom is a unique space, with a TV, a small gym, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In addition, the house has two additional shower rooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring the comfort of all guests.

Every detail of this villa is designed to make you feel at home while enjoying an unforgettable holiday. It has air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, Wifi connection, satellite TV, a garage and appliances such as a washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner. If you are travelling with babies, you can also request a cot and highchair for greater comfort.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called the Ecotax, which must be paid by each guest over 16 years of age. The amount is €2.2 per night and person during the high season and €0.55 per night and person during the low season. During the high season and from the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotax is paid on site.
