  • Find everything you need for a dream vacation at Finca Alegre. Enjoy its large pool, covered terraces, barbecue, and sunbathing area: just some of the options offered by this charming farm. Finca Alegre is equipped for 8 people and has all the amenities so you can enjoy the vacation you deserve.



    Its spectacular outdoor area has a large 8m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by a garden, with sun loungers and seating under the sun. Relax on the large Balinese bed equipped with curtains for moments of rest. There is fun for the little ones in the large playground and the ping pong table. Enjoy outdoor barbecues and meals with family or friends on the spacious porch with a large chill-out area.



    The exterior area is connected to the dining room, equipped with a chaise longue sofa, Playstation, dining table and a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a small refrigerator.



    The entire house is distributed on a single ground floor. The main kitchen is detailed for culinary moments and is located in the interior area next to the bedrooms. It has a spacious living-dining room with easy access to the outside.



    The rooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses and televisions. One of them has two electric beds of 90 cm with 5 positions forward and backward, another is a double room with a large King-size bed and a private bar, and the other two rooms have single beds. Pool towels, large and small towels, and a bathrobe are provided for each guest.



    Finca Alegre is meticulously equipped with wifi (fiber optic internet throughout the house), air conditioning, hot tub, and everything else you need for a dream vacation.



    The local tax and a deposit of 500 euros are not included in the price that must be paid before your arrival.

Everything is well stocked and the owners are wonderful and very helpful

Everything is well stocked and the owners are wonderful and very helpful. Barbeque works fine too, and the salon with the pellet heater is very welcoming. Dream house for the summer with the pool. Also very nice to have a little playground for the kids If you go in winter, the heating is via reversible airconditioner which is not ideal if you are sensible to it , compared to traditional heating.

Grosse Finka mit viel Platz

Wir haben eine fantastische Zeit verbracht in dieser Finka. Es war ideal für zwei Familien mit Kinder. Der Pool, die Veranda, der Garten und da Poolhaus waren das Zentrum unserer Ferien. Es gibt soviel Platz für Gemeinschaft, aber auch genug Raum sich zurückzuziehen. Auch die Besitzer sind sehr nett und fürsorglich. Die Finka ist eingerichtet mit viel Liebe und wird gut gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful time with our kids. Finca Alegre is a great house with a beautiful garden, a lovely pool and it has lots of space. All facilities are available and you will not lack anything. The service is great: the house owners are very nice people and they are immediately available if you have any questions. When we left to the airport at 7 in the morning, they came to the house to say goodbye. With a car you can drive to Alcudia beach or Can Picafort within 30 minutes. We had a lovely vacation and would love to come back. Nothing!

Tolles Haus mit sehr schönem Garten

Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit Pool und sehr schön angelegtem und gepflegten Garten. Es fehlte uns an nichts und durch die zentrale Lage waren wir mit unserem Leihwagen schnell an den Wunschorten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Außenanlage wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und das Abfalltrennsystem ebenfalls. Ganz großes Lob für das sehr gute Trennsystem.

we spent 2 wonderful weeks with 6 adults and 2 children. The house is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. The owners live right next door and are very friendly and helpful. Juan cleaned the grounds and pool every morning. The bed linen and towels were also changed. The villa is a bit out of the way, so a rental car is recommended. We can 100% recommend this beautiful place. Nothing

Traumhaft schön und jederzeit wieder.

Ich bin schon oft verreist und hab Villa oder Finca gebucht, aber so nette Gastgeber hatte ich noch nicht. Schon die Begrüßung war sehr Herzlich und es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Gastgeschenke waren soviel das wir überwältigt waren. Wir waren sogar zum Kaffee eingeladen worden. Zimmer perfekt und sehr sauber und ordentlich, Pool und Garten ein Traum und überall schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Nochmals vielen Dank das wir 10 Tage dort verbringen durften. Eine dicke Umarmung an die Vermieter. Sehr gut alles. ️️️️️️️️ Es war alles perfekt.

Very well equipped villa, nothing more you could want, ideal for family’s.

Pool cleaned daily and bins emptied, owner next door if needed. Shower in bathroom by patio didn’t work when warm water needed, so all had to use other shower, we had to clear drain as blocked in one working shower, I’m sure owners would have helped if asked but unfortunately we don’t speak the language. Lots of barking dogs nearby and we did have some in the garden on patio one evening.

Wunderschöner Garten

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool mitten im Garten hat uns die Tage gut abgekühlt und bis spät in die Nacht konnten wir den Garten, den Grill und den Pool nutzen. Das war sehr schön. Auch der renovierte Terassenbereich ist geschmackvoll. Wir haben es hier sehr schön gehabt. Jeden Tag wurde der Pool hergerichtet und der Hausmüll entsorgt. Erwähnenswert ist der Plattenspieler mit einigen coolen LPs aus der guten Zeit. So hat das Kochen richtig viel Spass gemacht. In wenigen Minuten waren wir im Discounter. Die Markthalle in Inca ist für Fischfreunde eine Empfehlung. Hier können wir Ihnen keine Tips geben.

The villa that keeps giving

From booking to leaving everything was so easy, friendly and we were kept up to date. The owners of this property live next door but you would never know unless you spot them cleaning the pool or taking the rubbish daily and early so they don't interrupt your day. We were met to be introduced to this amazing Villa, it certainly has the wow factor. So much space but especially outside, everything was provided even the earbuds that people often forget! It was not cheap but worth every penny and we will be back at some point for sure. Really central for the entire island (which is beautiful) so nothing is to far away. I really can't fault this place one bit, thank you. It is only a suggestion but maybe a hob in the outside kitchen for ease, most would be eating outside so this would save the risk with food on the stairs down but this is honestly not a negative.

Lage perfekt, Besitzer waren sehr freundlich, sehr gemütlich und top ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts Der Besitzer war jeden Tag in der Früh da und leerte die Mülltonnen , säuberte den Pool Leider war in einem Zimmer die Klimaanlage ausgefallen . Trotz des Einsatzes des Besitzers war kein Techniker in der Woche aufzutreiben , es sei Ihnen doch verziehen , es war trotzdem auszuhalten

De service en het huis was fantastisch!

Een prachtig verblijf met goeie faciliteiten. Een eigenaar die super behulpzaam is en enorm gastvrij. Elke ochtend was er iemand om het zwembad schoon te maken. Dit huis en de service is een aanrader voor vrienden en gezinnen!
