Vall de Lledr

Stayed for 3 nights. Parking at the rear always available, From 'check in' onwards the staff were pleasant, helpful and professional, including carrying our bags to the first floor room. The double room was quite spacious, with it's own short 'hall' to the bath/shower room and door to the main hotel landing, so you enter into a short hall and not straight into the bedroom, nice touch. The room was clean, nicely set out, comfortable and well equipped. The only downside to the room was creaky floorboards from the room above which we got used to quickly, others might not. We stayed during a heatwave and needed to sleep with windows open making traffic noise very obvious but not much anyone can do about that. Overall we we enjoyed our stay and everything worked well for us. The owners are just lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and we wish them well as they develop the Cornerhouse.

Great stay overall, room was a bit small but very clean, had AC which was required in the heat. I liked filtered water station on the floor, staff check in forgot the free drinks we had in our boking and needed to eb reminded, could've been a bit friendlier but would stay here again. Good location.
