Fabulous lodge! Idyllic location for a peaceful short break but Llandrindod Wells & Builth Wells are close enough for cafes, restaurants & shops. Only a half hour drive to the beautiful Elan Valley reservoirs.The lodge is extremely well equipped, clean & modern with a fabulous log burner which was very welcomed on our bitterly cold, snowy stay. The icing on the cake is the amazing hot tub. In better weather I’m sure the views would be incredible. Highly recommended!

Hosts are excellent View is magnificent So quiet there , a perfect location for a breakHot tub is ideal with a splendid view Unable to comment on local amenities as only went out once to a local supermarket Ive been here twice and will 100% return againHighly , highly , highly recommend!!

Lovely lodge, very clean, all ground floor with wet room style showers so very accessible.

Lovely lodge, very clean, all ground floor with wet room style showers so very accessible. The views are outstanding including the stars on a clear night. The kids loved watching the cows and wild bunnies from the hot tub. We found lots to do in the area with our family ( 2 adults, 6yr old & 10yr old). Including The Elan valley dams, the small animal breeds farm, Hampton castle gardens with a proper maze and Llandrindod lake with boats/canoe/paddle boards. We found some nice places to eat. Even though you feel remote a shop or pub is only 10 mins drive away. Perfect short break. Jo the owner was lovely.

Myself and my boyfriend went to Bluebell Lodge 3rd-6th January 2020.

Myself and my boyfriend went to Bluebell Lodge 3rd-6th January 2020. The setting and the Lodges themselves are stunning. Immaculate and furnished to the highest standard the pictures do not do it justice. There was milk in the fridge, tea bags and coffee and a welcome basket of chocs, crisps and home made welsh cakes (which we forgot - gutted!). The owners Jo and Gareth were lovely and extremely helpful and attentive. The only downside was that the local villages were extremely quiet and run down. We struggled for places to eat, however there is a tesco and aldi nearby if you wanted to cook and stay in and relax. For those who enjoy hiking and walks Pen Y Fan is only 1hr away by car and we thoroughly Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

What a wonderful stay at Bluebell Lodge - so peaceful and relaxing! Jo and Gareth’s attention to detail did not go unnoticed, the lodge is finished to a high standard and they went an extra mile with the goodies on arrival (the welsh cakes were amazing). Absolutely stunning cottage.

Absolutely stunning cottage. Great location if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, absolutely amazing views! Great for star gazing if you get a clear night. Lovely and friendly owners. we stayed at this lodge from 30th august-6th September,we have stayed at some nice lodges over the last 10 years but this has got to be the best one yet , when we arrived we were greeted by Jo one of the owners who showed us round the lodge then left us to settle in, also we had milk and bread left for us plus a few more goodies .the lodge had every thing we required the hot tub was excellent . on meeting Gareth on day two he asked if there was any thing that we needed nothing seems to be a problem for them to provide for there guest. i would definitely recommend this lodge for a peaceful break and hope to return.we wish Jo and Gareth all the very best with there new adventure Mick & Debi Coventry Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

What a wonderful gem of a place.

What a wonderful gem of a place. The cottage is of an exceptional standard and sits with uninterrupted views over the Welsh hills. With a hot tub to chill in you don't need any further amenities, but it is about 10 minutes by car from Llandrindod Wells and the facilities there including Tescos so you don't need to worry about taking food with you.
