This large, charismatic apartment is a perfect place from which to explore Slovenian’s impressive capital. It is situated in the heart of Ljubljana in a traditional old building from the 19th century, on Židovska ulica by the river Ljubljanica, just a few steps away from Triple bridges and Prešeren square.

Apartment is on the 1st floor with no elevator access. The central space of apartment is spacious living room with dining area, with exposed wooden ceiling and a pillar and with the view on the river and castle. There is a large, massive table room and three comfortable sofas, from which one falls down to a bed (150 x 190 cm), piano and LCD TV. From the dining room we enter to new, modern equipped kitchen with big refrigerator, stove, oven, dish washer, cooking utensils and cutlery, toaster, coffee machine. From the kitchen we proceed to the bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm). Beside the kitchen there is a half bathroom with small toilette with sink. In the other part of apartment there is a smaller entrance hall, bathroom with bath tub, sink, toilette and washing machine and another bedroom with double bed (160 x 200cm) and spacious wardrobe. Apartment is equipped with iron, ironing board, hair dryer, CATV, Wi-Fi internet access. Towels and linen are provided.

Public parking options are approx. 350m away from the apartment.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).

We offer private airport transfer to/from Ljubljana airport and airports in neighboring countries, guided tours, a car with a driver or just tips for individual trips around Slovenia.

Very nice apartment in a great location in the city centre. We accepted the offer of the host company to pick us up at the airport, which was really very useful as the flat is in a pedestrian zone, and the host could meet where the car was able to drop us off. The flat was nice and warm (in December), everything worked perfectly, and the beds were comfortable. No complaints about anything.

This spacious flat is exactly as it appears on VRBO. The hosts we quick to reply to messages. Met us when we arrived in Lubljana, and gave us practical information like where the nearest food shop is. The location is spectacular - it is possible to walk everywhere! Lovely restaurants, pubs, boat rides, the castle (a treat!) & charming shops.The hosts can also arrange private tours or recommend companies. You overlook the Lubljana River (which has 6 more names). Charming!

Historic Property in the Heart of Ljubljana

The flat is the entire second floor of an historic building next to the Ljubljanica River, overlooked by the Castle. The space is huge. Perfect for two couples, or even more with the fold-out and other couches in the living room. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, historic public squares, but street noise is not intrusive. Download Bolt and Wolt apps to your phone, and you will lack for nothing.

Five people, three days, one lovely apartment

We loved this beautiful old apartment in a wonderful city, with its breathtaking view of the river and castle. We were very close to cafes and bars but it didn’t get too noisy and it couldn’t have been better placed to explore the historic centre. It was great to be met in person and to be allowed to checkout a little later.

Wonderful apartment

This apartment is in a super location- right on the river with a superb view. Having read other reviews about noise we expected this- yes it’s noisy but you are in the heart of the centre and if you shut the windows you can’t hear a thing! The apartment had everything we needed and us hugely spacious! Loved the piano! The hosts were so helpful and we had great communication from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future and recommend to others.

Wonderful, spacious place and great location!

Exceptional location, spacious and well decorated.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with comfortable furniture and a large dining table and stunning architecture. Loved the separated bedrooms for privacy and the extra bathroom. The original wood shutters, hardware and decorations made this space so enjoyable. Our host was gracious and worked with our changing arrival time to meet us at the apartment. Parking garage was located close to the apartment. The kitchen was large with plenty of plates/bowls and eating utensils but limited on cooking equipment and tools. The only negative was that the exterior was under construction when we arrived and windows were all covered, which we were not aware of ahead of time. Our host explained that the work was supposed to have been finished 3 months earlier. Due to this, he provided us a discount. In spite of the inconvenience of the construction we enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment and would love to return!
