"Very accommodating staff when we changed our room for a quieter one after the first night. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room to the side or rear of the hotel.
It’s a clean, unobtrusive, hotel in a perfect location for public transportation or walking to the next door Cafe Nero for your morning breakfast. There are many restaurant choices in the area,"

"I was only there for a quick weekend wedding trip but the two nights were incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean. I was grateful to have some complimentary coffees available in the morning (and some waters after having a few too many after the wedding). The neighbors were quiet and the staff really did me a solid after I asked for a late checkout. Would absolutely come back."

"I unfortunately I had to check out late. The front desk said they had to pack my bags and put a hold on an additional 1 night stay. They did not credit back the 1 night, instead charged me for full rate of $450+. Then they booked the room to another guest. I understand charging me a late fee, but not the full night. I called the hotel 5 times to speak to the GM. I was transferred to voicemail each time. I spoke to the GM once and she said she would put me on hold and that there was a chance that...
