Our spacious property has 2 reception rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 good sized bedrooms (1 super king & 2 double bedrooms) and a patio space outside. With on-street parking available outside, this home is a great choice for a family or group of friends. Book today for your next trip away.

Welcome to our charming and characterful home! Please note our home is a traditional property that exudes unique charm.

About the Property:
Our house boasts a traditional architectural style that adds to its character. The vintage features, such as original woodwork or antique fixtures, contribute to the overall charm of the space.

Authenticity and Imperfections:
As a house with character, you may notice some imperfections that come with age. These could include uneven floors, creaky floorboards, or quirks that add to the authenticity of the property. Rest assured, we've done our best to ensure that these characteristics do not compromise your comfort during your stay.

The ground floor boasts plenty of living space. There is a good sized living room which has a sofa and chair and a Smart TV for your entertainment. You will also find a second living space with further comfortable seating, and a dedicated workspace making the home great for business or pleasure. In addition to these 2 living spaces, you will also find a separate dining space with a dining table. Off the dining room, there is a well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need to cater for yourselves during your stay. There is also a convenient downstairs toilet. Outside there is a paved private garden.

As you head upstairs there are three double bedrooms - 1 with a super king-sized bed and 2 with double bedrooms - all the bedrooms have storage space for your belongings and are tastefully decorated. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bath , and a separate walk-in shower cubicle, the perfect place where to unwind and refresh.

With its close proximity to access to the great city of Liverpool and a half-hour drive away from Chester, this property provides you with the perfect visit for your next adventure.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards, and the linen (sheets and towels, etc) is professionally laundered.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4 pm and check-out time is by 10 am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.

Other things to note
We have travel cots and high-chairs available (£25 fee but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavor to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last-minute requests for these items.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
