Room was clean, bed wasn't good as sheets showed signs of wear. Great location for shops and train station.

The photos on the listing do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. The bathroom was awful. The room was unbearably hot, with no fan available. The common areas are dirty. The whole property is incredibily drab and in poor condition. I couldn't stay there as it was too awful, so I booked a different hotel.

The worst experience in my life. I arrived at the property and asked to send ID before check-in and I sent that to them while waiting outside the accommodation. Then I got a message back that they cancelled the booking without any notification the reason given is there having issues with boiler and pipes etc. The host never attempted or offered an alternative accommodation instead refer me to speak to Expedia for a refund. I was stranded this was about 6.30pm to start looking for alternatives accommodation for the family. Very unprofessional and a terrible experience.

I only spent a couple of hours here. The room had not been cleaned when we arrived. Getting access to the key and the room was also problematic. On the other hand, Expedia were very good in helping us get new accommodation and a refund.

No hairdryer, no hand towel, no mat to step out of the shower onto, toilet was dirty on arrival. No drinking glasses, limited cutlery. Floor unswept. Communal staircase shappy. Shower excellent, pillows were clean.

before entering the room itself we were met with run down and dirty hallways, the lock and door handle on the door was half hanging off, when we walked into the room i then entered the room and was instantly met with mould on the walls above the cooker, walked into the bathroom and there were half used cleaning products from previous guests, booked a double bed and instead just had 2 single mattresses put together, one of which had springs sticking out of it, booked another hotel that night, would never stay here and would advise anyone considering it to stay clear
