The Neighborhood:

Set in the Knowledge Quarter, close to Liverpool University and just a 20-minute walk from the city centre, this is an ideal base for exploring everything Liverpool has to offer.

Top attractions include Matthew Street—home to the iconic Cavern Club and a lively mix of bars and nightlife—along with Chinatown for a wide selection of authentic Asian cuisine. You’ll also find Liverpool ONE shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue, and the Royal Albert Dock nearby, where a range of galleries and museums, including the Beatles Museum, sit alongside cafés, bars, and restaurants with views across the waterfront.



Getting Around:

As noted, the city centre is within easy walking distance, but several bus routes also run along the nearby main road for added convenience. Liverpool Central and Liverpool Lime Street stations are both under a 20-minute walk away, or just a short journey by taxi or bus.

We manage a number of ensuites in this block, the unit presented represents our typical en-suite room, however this layout may differ slightly.

Check in is between 3.00pm and 8.00pm

Check out is at 10.00am

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.



Late check-in fees:

For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.

For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.



If you lose the keycard provided upon check-in there will be a £20 charge to replace it.
