We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and very nice. The backyard was great for our dog. The pastries were delicious.

This is really a wonderful property. The home so comfortable and very spacious. The decor is just right, and it was very clean and accommodating. We loved the few days we spent here. Very close to so many things and a unique cottage neighborhood full of lovely homes.

Short stay

We needed a place for 7 people and this little cottage was perfect. Everything was great. The Breakfast was delicious and the house was clean. We even had nice bath-robes to use and a beautiful spot to sit and relax in the backyard. This place was great! I would definately stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful when we had a question. Very quick reply and we are very sastified. The breakfast meal was above our expectations. The cottage was close to many events. Thank you.

Second visit was as good as the first!

This place perfectly met our needs for 3 adults and a dog! We liked it the first time we stayed 3 years ago and it was just as nice this time around. We especially liked the fire! Will come again.

Wow!!! This place was better than expected! Felt like a real home. Everything was immaculate. The backyard is huge! Just wish we could’ve hung out there but the noseeums and mosquitoes LOVE me!! The dogs loved it though. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was high end. Kitchen is adorable and had everything we needed. Appreciated the yogurt parfaits for a quick breakfast. Highly recommend this beautifully restored place, wish we weren’t just passing through and could’ve stayed more than one night, Little Rock is nicer than we thought!

Stacie was great at welcoming us during our stay. Arriving after daylight hours, the lights were on and sure helped us find our way throughout. The place is beautiful! It's chock-full of vintage furniture and modern conveniences. I think it's possibly the BEST stay we have had. Amazing concert with Maroon 5, great Little Rock restaurants, and Great proximity! Thanks again! Hope we can return again for a longer stay next time!

Property was setup nicely for pets. Fenced backyard with outdoor seating. Host was very pleased to accommodate with complete breakfast menu items provided each day. A full kitchen with all cooking necessities needed to prepare meals. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Extras like internet, smart televisions and gas fireplace made the stay feel comfortable in a modern cottage. Dining table allowed gathering for meals enjoyable. I would recommend to other people that may need location close to downtown and easy access to Hwy 630 but old neighborhood feel.
