Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The house has numerous maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and missing basic amenities.The toilets barely flush and run constantly, the upstairs showerhead is broken, and the bathtub drains so slowly that water accumulates while showering. Several outlets in the master bathroom and kitchen don’t work. There are ants in the upstairs bathroom and dining room, and the Wi-Fi repeatedly displayed an “access point full” error.The house feels poorly maintained. The upstairs bedroom walls are filthy, linen closets are disorganized, and several lamps are missing bulbs. One living room chair has a dangerously compromised leg, a game room chair is broken, and the movie room projector appears poorly secured to the wall.Basic comforts are lacking, too. The towels are thin and small, the polyester sheets are uncomfortable, and the kitchen is missing essentials like mixing bowls and a baking dish. The downstairs bedroom has no closet, dresser, or mirror, leaving guests without adequate clothing storage.We appreciate that the owner provided a discount, but the sheer number of issues significantly affected our stay. Many go beyond cosmetic concerns and involve basic maintenance, cleanliness, and safety. The property needs considerable attention to provide the experience guests should expect.
