Situated on the 5th floor with elevator access and free parking (for cars with a maximum height of 1.90m), you’ll be able to relax and explore Lisbon with ease.

The Space

- Living Room: A spacious, inviting living room with comfortable sofas, a dining table, and a lovely balcony where you can unwind after a day of exploring.

- Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms — one with a double bed (140cm x 200cm) and another with two single beds — both featuring air conditioning for your comfort.

- Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including an oven, electric stove, dishwasher, and coffee machine (coffee not included).

- Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, each with a shower. Please note there is a step to enter both bathrooms, so please be mindful of this.

Important Information to Know:

- Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have a step to enter, which could be a consideration if you or someone in your group has mobility concerns.

- Parking: Free parking is available for cars up to 1.90m tall. If your vehicle exceeds this height, nearby parking options are available.

- City Noise: The central location means you might hear some street noise, especially in busier parts of the day, adding to the vibrant energy of the area.

- Construction works: Maintenance and repairs works in the building's common areas.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Avenida da Liberdade is one of the most prestigious avenues in Lisbon. Known as the city's main boulevard, it stretches between Restauradores Square and Marquês de Pombal Square. Lined with grand buildings, luxury hotels, high-end boutiques, and designer shops, this area showcases the city's cosmopolitan flair.

The neighborhood is home to several cultural landmarks and points of interest. The magnificent Eduardo VII Park, with its manicured gardens and stunning views of the city, is located nearby. The Calouste Gulbenkian Museum, known for its impressive art collection, is also within reach. The Avenida da Liberdade is located in the center of Lisbon, so there are various public transportation options.

Metro:
The "Avenida" metro station, Blue Line, is right in front of the property, on the other side of the road, within a short 3-minute walk.

Buses:
The nearest bus stop is only 180m from the building (about a 2-minute walk).

Trains:
The Rossio train station, just a 10-minute walk away (approximately 750 meters), allows you to explore other neighboring cities such as Sintra and Cascais or other areas of Lisbon.

Tram:
About a 15-minute walk from the apartment, near Praça da Figueira, you will find a tram stop. This traditional and renowned means of transportation is ideal for discovering some of Lisbon's most interesting heritage sites.
If you want to experience the famous Tram 28, head to Martim Moniz Square, about 1.3km from the property (20 minutes on foot).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
