Enjoy one of the best views in town from your own private terrace. Located in Graça - one of the coolest neighborhoods in Lisbon, the apartment has an upper floor w / double bedroom and private ensuite bathroom and a ground floor w / twin bedroom, bathroom, living room, open plan dining room and kitchen and terrace. Free wifi, fireplace and air conditioning. Totaly renovated in January 19.

Situated in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Lisbon where you can enjoy life as a local. Cable TV, high speed wifi internet, air conditioning and heating and amenities are provided.
Paid private parking just 250mts from the house.
We are available for further information and tips during your stay. Let us know in advance if you want to hire a private transfer from the aiport or book any private tour in & around Lisbon.

Filipa is a caring host who will go out of her way to help you have a pleasant stay. Her communication was excellent from the time of booking. Her house has a lovely view over the city. She has thought out the design of the home. We enjoyed meeting the hosts and hope to visit Lisbon again in the future.

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage mit sehr guter Gastronomie gleich in der Nähe. Für 4 Personen perfekt. Der Empfang durch Evelyn war sehr angenehm und sogar auf deutsch. Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, beautifully updated, and centrally located, with an amazing view. Evelin was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Since we arrived very early from the US and no one had stayed the night before, she kindly let us check in early after the cleaning was done. Not many places would do that! The neighborhood is up-and-coming, though there was some trash around. The only downsides were some construction noise next door and beds that were a bit firm for our taste. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily come back!

Great location, beautiful view, peaceful vacation home

Check-in smooth and very welcoming. Lots of communication and greeted with warm welcome and a friendly tour. Home was immaculate and had plenty of space for our family of 4. Location was lovely with a gorgeous view from the balcony and second floor master suite. Thanks so much for having us!

Excellent Place with Great Views!

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted and made to feel at home. Apartment was clean and well maintained, and the views were amazing. Very close to shops and food. Only negative was the construction next door, but it was not loud just unsightly.

Amazing stay amazing hosts

Would definitely stay again. Arrived pretty late, host stayed up and waited to greet me as well as took the time to give recommendations for stay in Lisbon. Property was impeccable. Great location.

Modern, clean, proper double bed, and amazing view

Everything was perfect. There’s a really nice balcony for sitting out with a spectacular panoramic view of Lisbon. The flat is nice and quiet. There are two showers, two toilets, all are clean and modern. The kitchen area is nice. They left us a bottle of wine in the fridge, which was a nice welcome. You do have to walk up some steps from the main road at the bottom, but I think that’s the same for everywhere in Lisbon and the exercise was good for us overall it was about three minutes walk on the level to get to supermarket and a bunch of restaurants at the end of the road. I would totally recommend this for two people, perhaps three or four.

Very clean and comfortable home

Very nice house with terrace overlooking the city. Long walk to downtown Lisbon with challenging hills. However Ubers readily available and inexpensive. Local residential neighborhood with convenient market, we did miss having a microwave. Fillipa is an excellent host.

Fabulous property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Graca. The property was just as described….. beautiful view from the patio and walking distance to many restaurants and markets. The responsiveness of Felipa and Ana could not have been better. Statler and Waldorf (Ana will understand) could not have had any better tour guide. Thanks to you both for making our Portugal experience so memorable.

Holiday in Lisbon

We stayed for 5 days and the property was wonderful. Very clean and had all the amenities of home. Location was close to several nice restaurants and not far from the historic center. The view from the back deck was amazing. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Lovely stay

We had a welcoming and warm greeting by Ana once we arrived. She showed us the property thoroughly which was very clean and beautifully designed. The amazing view from the balcony is just as the pictures show. Location is great, just a short walk to the main street. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

Wow! We loved it. Totally recommend this apartment

The description is acurate and the view is really stunning. The apartment is clean, well equipped and very good location. Our host Ana and Felipe were very responsive and prompt to make our stay comfortable without any worries. Ask Ana for custom tailor made tours. We had 2 wonderful days exploring with her abd we loved it. More than host you are now like friends. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will surely see you again. We totally recommend!

Lovely View!

Centrally located apartment with easy access to community stores and restaurants. The balcony view is amazing! We booked a car tour with Ana our co-host which was a great experience. She was very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait until next time!!

Loved the views

Ana and her sister have a very well kept VRBO. The place was exceptional clean with touches of character throughout the home. Our favorite place was the deck that overlooks Lisbon. Highly recommend!

A beautifully appointed and comfortable apartment in a safe and quiet locale offering a most excellent view of this great city. Very well equipped and fun to be in. Many food places nearby as well as tram, uber, taxi transport options. Very polite, caring and communicative hosts who ensure their treasure place is enjoyed by guests. No doubt we shall return.

Amazing View and Great Location!

We were not disappointed by the description of this place at all! At first glance arriving on a rainy afternoon and not knowing the area with some construction on the street happening we were a little nervous. But as soon as we entered the house we were delighted by the decor and living spaces including a very modern kitchen with all the latest appliances. But it was the view of the city below and the river that wowed us! When we came back from the very conveniently located stores and bakeries we enjoyed our first happy hour on the deck and were so delighted by the sun setting over the city illuminating all of the colorful houses and river. We all slept so well and felt very comfortable here. All in all we could not have been happier with this VRBO!
