Excellent apartment, a few minutes walking from the beaches and historic center, train station and buses, surrounded by restaurants with good seafood.

Cascais is a wonderful place to vacation with lots of sun and surrounded by white sandy beaches, many leasure activities, sports, tourism.
There are several golf courses in the region: Penha Longa, Estoril golf, Quinta da Marinha, Quinta da Beloura, Oitavos..
The village of Cascais as glorious summers from May until October with averages temperatures of around 30ºC.
The region is served by international airport of Lisbon. The network of railways suburban trains allows esay access to Lisbon. Cascais is a beautiful seaside village on the Atlantic coast of Portugal, having rapidly transformed from a quaint fishing village in upmarket suburb of the capital to a bustling holiday resort, has maintained its own culture and picturesque environmnet and at the same time offering all the facilities, entertainment and culture to make location in the ideal place for holiday rentals.
Cascais has restaurants and cafes where they served the best fresh fish. There are numerous shopping centers in Cascais area. Cascais is also known for its beaches among them Praia da Rainha, Praia da Conceição and the paradise for surfers Praia do Guincho, with numerous sand dunes and caves in contrast with extensive beaches. Nearby lies the Sintra - Cascais Natural Park that was classified as World Heritage by UNESCO.

Spacious and well appointed appartment about 10-15 mins walk from the main town centre. The property also benefits from multiple outside balconies and private underground parking but we never had an issue finding spaces on the street outside. The host met us on arrival and was extremely accomodating and helpful throughout. Highly recommended as a base to explore Cascais and the surrounding areas.

Very helpful and obliging hosts , the apartment has everything you could need , all top quality and very clean , excellent and very secure garage (ideal for golf clubs ) 15 minutes walk down to town , great value Chinese just around the corner . If you want an Irish bar try o’louans , it’s way nicer atmosphere and less false than O’Neils and the Guinness tastes pretty good .

Very beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Very well equipped with all items needed. Great location within walking distance of many great locations. Fernando and Maria were great host and reacted to any issues immediately. Highly recommended and we would stay again next time we are in Cascais

Great stay

Fernando Cruz, the owner of the the property couldn't have been more helpful. The property was perfect since we needed an elevator building with air conditioning and a washer and dryer. Because I have trouble with steps, it would have been perfect if it was closer to the center of Cascais. If you have no problem walking it's only a 15 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely clean, bright apartment. Very comfortable stay here. A bit of a downhill walk into Cascais town and the beaches but only costs about 4e in a taxi. Fernando and Marie Cruz organised our transfer from the Airport which was great.

Very good place for a long stay in Cascais

My wife and I happily spent the entire month of January 2023 here. The owner's photos do not lie - the place is very roomy, especially for us as a couple, but the addition of another couple or two or three kids would not detract too much from the comfort. The main bedroom is huge with a large bed (Portuguese King) and a huge amount of storage in closets, which are fitted with both drawers and hanger rods. The living room is quite large and well accommodates the two sofas and the dining room table. The two roll out beds in the living room, however, are positioned awkwardly, and would require significant movement of furniture in order to make use of them. Not a factor for us, but something to consider for those who wish to rent for a large group. The kitchen is good, but, as per the photos, counter space is limited, and having the fridge and oven on the opposite side of the room is ergonomically challenging. Serious cooks might find this kitchen a bit disappointing, but we managed well enough. We met most of our grocery needs at a nearby small store , but we still needed to take the longer walk to the Auchan store for some needs, and the trip back, uphill, was a bit of a hump. The location on a busy street makes sitting outside on the large balconies a rather noisy experience - not an issue for our January visit because it is was too cold outside, (and it is quiet enough inside) but it would be disappointing for a stay during warmer months. Fernando is an excellent host - he arranged for transportation from the Lisbon airport to Cascais, met us at the unit and showed us around, and promptly and effectively addressed the few issues that arose, all in good English.

The Cascais Experience

My husband and I stayed at the apartment in late November. The weather was not the greatest, but the apartment was. It was very comfortable, and in a perfect location. We were able to walk into town without any problems. It's location is just outside the historical center of Cascais. We even caught the bus to take a day trip to Sintra right outside the apartment. The host recommended two restaurants in the neighborhood - Bela Azul was authentic Portuguese comida frequented by the locals. Mais do Mesmo (which means More of the Same) is a contemporary twist on typical Portuguese cuisine. They were both excellent. If we visit Cascais again we would definitely look into renting this apartment once more. Our hosts were very accommodating and communication we excellent.

The condo size and location was perfect for Cascáis visit

The condo is modern and well appointed with all of the conveniences. It is located in walking distance to the marina district and offers two neighborhood gem restaurants and cafe. The owners are delightful and on top of the condo!

Great stay.

Fernando was amazing host, helping us with everything from airport transfer to restaurant and places to go. The apartment is well located, very spacious, with a lot natural light, clean and modern. I particularly love his automatic shades (black out) on all windows. We are a group of 5 people, and there were beds for everybody. I just love it this apartment and I can't wait to go back. Fabuloso apartamento, com muito espaco e luz. Fernando e muito comunicativo e prestativo. Muito obrigado Fernando.

Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön, top gepflegt und mit hochwertigen Einbaumöbeln ausgestattet. Allerdings ist die Lage durch die unmittelbar angrenzende Av. Engenheiro äußerst problematisch. Eine Hauptausfallstrasse aus Cascais nach Sintra , mit maximalem Verkehrsaufkommen. Es ist extrem laut, keiner der 3 Balkone konnte genutzt werden. Wir waren nach der Hälfe der Mietdauer so entnervt, dass wir die Wohnung verlassen haben .Da hat es dann auch nicht mehr gestört , dass unmittelbar gegenüber eine Großbaustelle war.

Apartamento confortável, muito bem equipado e com muita luz. Além de impecavelmente limpo está bem localizado, relativamente perto do centro de Cascais, assim como do mar. Delightful 4 week Stay in Cascais

Very well equipped, spotlessly clean and good location. We appreciated the high specification of the apartment, from the electric shutters enabling restful sleep to the outside covered area to dry our clothes. Spacious, clean apartment

If you are looking for a spacious, super clean apartment then this is for you. Fernando was great at communicating and very amicable about our late check in. Transfers were all arranged from airport which was a great help. A good walk back from the centre but not too far - helped to burn off all the food and wine consumed that week. Thanks Fenando for your hospitality.
