This delightful 41² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests. Please note that the building is old and has poor soundproofing.

The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The lovely kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable double bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

In the heart of Lisbon’s historic charm, this area offers a blend of old-world character and a lively local atmosphere. Its narrow, winding streets are lined with colourful buildings, traditional tilework, and quaint balconies overflowing with flowers. The gentle hum of daily life is accompanied by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee drifting from nearby cafés, while the sounds of Fado music occasionally spill from intimate taverns.

From here, visitors can easily explore some of the city’s most iconic neighbourhoods, with viewpoints offering sweeping views over the Tagus River and the red rooftops below. The surroundings are dotted with art galleries, vintage shops, and cosy wine bars, making it a perfect base for discovering Lisbon’s cultural treasures while immersing yourself in its authentic, vibrant soul.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest subway station, Baixa-Chiado, is just an 11-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
