"We checked in and went to our room and went right back down to the front desk for a refund and went somewhere else"

"The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again."

"Breakfast was not great. We ended up going to Cracker Barrel. Pool was cold, cloudy, And to many kids in it for the size. Kids running up and down the halls till 10 pm. Carpet was dirty. Jot impressed. Staff was very nice. "

"The barn door that they had for the bathroom fell off, the cupboard door under the television was torn off, the corner shelf in the shower was torn off and the bathtub backed up"

"Overall we had a great stay, but it started out very disappointing. My husband and I were on a getaway for his 50th birthday and we had stayed in a bed and breakfast the night before. I had scheduled spa appointments at 1pm so we figured we would go to the hotel early and see if they weren't sold out on a random Thursday night and perhaps they might have a room ready. "Roomy parking - the grounds were well groom and clean"

"We enjoyed our stay as the room was so nice and it was so quiet. Never heard any noises or doors slamming. Needed this after we lost electricity in a cottage we were staying in. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The staff were so helpful and accommodating."

"For the price the property was good. The only issue( and a BIG ONE) during our three day stay was the shower water was like warm at best and on the second day we had NO hot water. Several functions were in town so in the evening parking was horrible! Way to many charging stations for electric cars. I didn't see one being charged during our stay. Would I go back, NO, too many other hotels in Midland to pick from."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Had an issue with our room smelling like cigarettes and the staff was on top o it to try to make it better, got us into a new room with no issues. Property was very clean & well maintained. Was a bit hot in the pool area but the pool (which was heated)and hot tub were clean. Breakfast the following morning was nice with a lot of options. Would definitely stay here again."
