Friendly staff & good recommendations for eating out. However, no restaurant available as closed (which we were not aware of when booking). Some cobwebs in the room but overall clean.

It’s a pleasant stay with the pool and gym classes for free. And the staff are attentive and helpful. Just be mindful that the cups in room and breakfast place might not be cleaned properly. I must check before using. The shower pressure is not strong enough and the pillow too soft. Overall a nice stay.

5th stay here. Always a lovely visit. Highly recommend breakfast. Clean room and nice amenities. Had to use the overflow parking around the back. But its a better spot less crowded and very handy if you're staying in the annex building which we prefer.

"The Green Dragon is very near Hereford Cathedral, the River Wye and the City centre and about 16 minutes walk from the railway station. It is an old building that has been refurbished to provide a comfortable place to stay. There's a good choice of food available at breakfast too!"

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The power went off the night before checkout, forcing us to leave and find alternative accommodation. Since then, I’ve tried several times to contact the hotel by email and phone to request a refund for the £15 pet fee paid per night at check-in, as ..."
