The Deer Haven Riverside Getaway at the PEMICABINS

Cozy one-bedroom cabin set right on the river, with a screened porch for morning coffee or an easy dinner overlooking the water. Inside you’ll find a queen bed with fresh linens, a living area with TV, and a wood-burning fireplace (firewood available at the office). Bathroom has a stand-up shower with towels and toiletries provided. Heated for cooler months; fans available in summer. A straightforward, comfortable pick for two.

Deer Haven, a charming one-bedroom riverside cabin, is located along the banks of the Pemigewasset River. This cozy retreat offers a peaceful setting immersed in the natural beauty of the White Mountains.

The cabin accommodates up to two guests and includes the following:

**Sleeping Arrangements:**

One queen-sized bed with fresh linens, curtains, and shades for restful sleep. Guests often enjoy nature’s own “sound machine” - the calming river just outside.

**Bathroom:**

Full bathroom with a stand-up shower, towels, and complimentary body wash and shampoo.

**Entertainment & Comfort:**

Comfortable living space with cable TV and a wood-burning fireplace (firewood available for purchase onsite). The cabin is equipped with heat for year-round comfort. While there is no air conditioning, fans are available on demand to keep you cool in warmer months.

**Screened-In Porch with River View:**

Private screened-in porch directly overlooking the river, complete with a table and chairs - perfect for a riverside dinner, morning coffee, or evening relaxation.

**Refreshment Station:**

While Deer Haven does not have a full kitchen, it comes equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave for storing and reheating simple snacks and beverages. Guests also have access to our outdoor communal charcoal grills and picnic areas.

Guests enjoy full access to the riverside "Pemi Pub" (next to Cabin #5), communal charcoal grills with covered dining areas, an outdoor shuffleboard court (equipment stored in the Pemi Pub), communal fire pits (firewood available for purchase onsite), free Wi-Fi, free onsite parking, pet-friendly accommodations, and no cleaning fees.

Pemi Cabins is located directly on Route 3, across from Whale's Tale Waterpark. Flume Gorge is approximately 1.5 miles away, with Cannon Mountain and Loon Mountain ski areas just 7 and 5 miles away, respectively - well situated for year-round outdoor adventures in the White Mountains.
