Operating Friday through Monday (no service Tuesday–Thursday), the shuttle picks you up right at the main lobby and brings you directly to the base of Loon Mountain—no parking hassles, no long walks, and no wondering if there are even spots available.



Running daily from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, the shuttle allows you to focus on what you came for: skiing, riding, and soaking up the mountain experience. Whether you're heading out first chair or coming back for a mid-day break, the ride is smooth, easy, and completely complimentary for all guests staying at The Lodge at Lincoln Station.

Please note: This condo accommodates up to 6 guests Parking is limited to two vehicles (oversized vehicles, RVs, and trailers are not permitted on the property), and the loft bedroom is open to the downstairs. The unit has a wall-mounted AC in the living room. As a second-floor condo, elevator access is available. Shared amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance.



★House Rules★

- Guest Verification & Rental Agreement: A photo ID, guest registration form, and signed rental agreement are required to confirm your reservation. Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.

- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.

- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.

- Pets, parties or events are not allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the deck. Violations will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional charges for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Guests may only smoke in the designated smoking hut located at the front of the property.

- Early check-in and late checkout may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and the cleaning schedule. Please note that requests can only be confirmed on the day of arrival or departure, and additional fees may apply.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the condo, including the living area, kitchen, bedroom, loft, bathroom, and private porch. Entry is simple with a key fob, which can be picked up from the lockbox in the key room—no need to worry about traditional keys. Before 9 PM, the main entry door will be open. After 9 PM, guests must use a code to enter.



You’ll also enjoy access to the many shared resort amenities at The Lodge at Lincoln Station, such as the indoor (heated) and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, arcade, billiards, grilling area, picnic tables, and riverside sun deck with direct stairs down to the Pemigewasset River. Parking is included for up to two vehicles (oversized vehicles, RVs, and trailers are not permitted on the property), and elevator access makes reaching this second-floor unit easy and convenient.
