  • Acogedor apartamento de dos habitaciones frente al monte Loon, en Lincoln, Nuevo Hampshire. Tiene capacidad para 6 personas y cuenta con chimenea de gas, una terraza con vista a la montaña y acceso completo al Village of Loon Swim Club. Ideal para disfrutar del follaje de otoño, esquiar, hacer senderismo en verano y relajarse un fin de semana en las White Mountains.

    Disfrute una bebida en la terraza o acomódese en el sofá seccional con un buen libro. Está justo al otro lado de la Kanc (Kancamagus Highway) desde la base del monte Loon y a pocos minutos de restaurantes, viñedos, cervecerías artesanales y atracciones locales. Ya sea que visite en otoño, en temporada de esquí o en verano, aquí encontrará todo lo que necesita.

    EL ESPACIO
    Se entra por un vestíbulo con banco y ganchos para abrigos, botas y equipo. Unos escalones más arriba está el área abierta de sala, comedor y cocina, con techos altos, ventanales, chimenea de gas, televisor inteligente Roku de 55 pulgadas, sofá seccional y lugar para 6 personas en el comedor. La terraza da a la montaña.

    Abajo está la habitación principal con cama king, sábanas de bambú, televisor inteligente Roku de 32 pulgadas, baño completo y un pequeño balcón privado. La lavadora y la secadora también están en este nivel. Arriba, un loft renovado y casi cerrado tiene una cama queen, una litera individual y un pequeño escritorio para trabajar a distancia. Funciona muy bien para niños, amigos o huéspedes adicionales.

    Tenga en cuenta que la litera superior soporta un peso máximo de 175 lb (unos 79 kg).

    VILLAGE OF LOON SWIM CLUB
    Su estadía incluye acceso al Swim Club, con dos piscinas interiores, dos piscinas exteriores, cuatro jacuzzis (tres al aire libre), sauna, sala de ejercicio, sala de juegos y acceso a la cancha de tenis. Los horarios y la disponibilidad varían según la temporada. En invierno, un servicio de transporte gratuito va al monte Loon los fines de semana y días festivos.

Wonderful place to stay with kids. Having access to nearby indoor pools was great for rainy weather and having laundry in unit was so helpful. The place was clean and had everything you need for a mini vacay away from home. Tyler and Lydia were lovely to communicate with and we would highly recommend for your next getaway!

Its a cute little condo! Everything was perfect for me, my husband and two kids! We enjoyed everything about staying here and the porch was the best for me with my morning coffee and the little stream running outside!

This cozy condo was perfect for our 4 night trip to the White Mountains with our 3 children. The location was perfect- it was directly across the street from Loon Mountain and a 5 min drive to restaurants and shopping. Everything was as described and very well-stocked. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo that makes you feel right at home. Great location to access all the beautiful hikes and outdoor activities the white mountains have to offer. Home owners were wonderful from start to finish.

We loved our stay. One of our favorite condos we've stayed in. The Hosts were responsive and the condo was clean and comfortable. The split units made the temperature good, the beds were comfy. Plenty of sitting room on the couch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the washer dryer in the bathroom. Front door had a deadbolt and one slider had a bar. Carbon monoxide detector was something i was happy to see they had, otherwise i wouldve brought one. There's a cute flowing creek you can see off the back slider and at night we saw fireflies by it. We loved being almost directly across from Loon Mountain. Would definitely go back and we recommend it to others!

Weekend ski trip

This house was great for a weekend ski trip for our family. We had plenty of space and a good family area to hang out. It was in a location we’ve stayed before and liked. Having that shuttle to/from the mountain is great.

Great location and beautiful views!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, and the owners were great at communicating with any questions we had. The beds were super comfortable as well! The condo is so close to the trails and has beautiful scenery.

Rejuvenation time!

Wonderful clean, comfy condo close to hiking, biking, stream/rock climbing, great restaurants, and beautiful views! The pool area was fantastic… having both indoor and outdoor options for those rainy days! We highly recommend!

Great stay!

This condo across the street from Loon Mountain was perfectly located for a few days of skiing. The location was also convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Comfortable beds. We appreciated the owner checking in during our stay.

Good location and clean property

Can’t beat the location right outside of town and across the street from Loon. A nice, clean place but clearly very lived in. The complex pool and fitness center were in truly rough shape and we recommend avoiding both.

Perfect house for a friends weekend!

This is our third time staying at this house and we can’t recommend it more ! The communication with Tyler & Lydia is always so easy and thorough. The house is cute and cozy and has everything you could need. We’ll definitely continue to rent from them!

This is the 3rd year our family has stayed in a condo on Loon mountain and this was the nicest property we have found. The owners were very thoughtful and provided coffee and sweetener, and even laundry detergent! (Yes this made me very happy as I had spilled takeout all over myself on the drive to Lincoln.)

Perfect Ski Haven

Stayed with my wife, infant son, and a few friends. As close as you can get to the mountain without being on the mountain. Place was charming and clean. Host was very communicative answering questions and requests. Well stocked kitchen plenty of room for ski gear.
