Unidad 308, que llamamos "El Codfather," es una de las propiedades premium frente al mar en la costa de Oregon

La suite océano con una cama queen Murphy que se pliega para darle más espacio. También hay un sofá cama de matrimonio y dos sofás-cama individuales de tamaño. En la habitación del fondo privado es una cama tamaño king.

Easy location to get on and off of the beach the stairs were doable. The view is unbeatable.

We had a very nice day. The bed in the master bedroom was horribly uncomfortable when you laid on it your feet were up higher than your head. The mattress is so worn. It has a big hole in the middle of the foam so you just sink in we did finally turn the mattress around And was able to get a little bit better sleep but the mattress in the bedroom definitely needed replaced. The door jam on both doors are split and I was a little bit worried that they weren’t very safe, but we didn’t have any problems.

Fantastic View, Equipped Kitchen, and Lovely Pool

The view out of the living room window was excellent. This space was well-appointed with three couches, lots of end tables, a flat-panel television on an articulating wall-mount, and lots of throw pillows. The bathrooms, though small, had nice fixtures and showers. The kitchen had lots of dishes and cookware (although, no hot pads). The pool was the perfect temperature and we ended swimming each morning! We ended up moving to the murphy bed on the first night, as the walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors and people passing 308 to their own condos. The murphy bed was a little hard and would have benefited from a pillow top mattress.

We loved it.

Enjoyed the view as the storms rolled in. You might have the cleaning service hit under/between the couches and tighten the doorknob on the bathroom. We had a great time. Location is great. Hot tub is same temp as the pool. Pool was good. We’ll stay again.

Great Location

This was a great place right in the beach. We had to sleep with the window open just to listen to the waves. Place was very well stocked in the kitchen with utensils and cookware. Plenty of towels for everyone including pool towels. We thought it had a hot tub but it doesn't. Oh well the sauna was very nice. Can't beat the location right on the beach in central town. Would like to stay here again!

Love the location

We've stayed at the Sea Gypsy several times. We love the location and that it's right on the beach. The Codfather was as described and we appreciated that it was a bit bigger than the other units. The Murphy bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Loved the place, the view and the beach access. We stayed in the Codfather and the 5 of us each had our own bed. However, we were all 65+ and the stairs were rough on us. It limited the pool and beach for us because a couple struggled getting up and down.

Perfect bride getaway

Great condo right on the beach!

Very nice condo with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Helpful office staff on site. We loved having beach access a few steps away and the grandkids also loved having a swimming pool. Easy to reserve, check in, and check out. We would rent "The Codfather" again!

Exactly what we wanted.

We are a mom, dad, 9yr old, 6yr old, and 3yr old. Location: all of our needs were nearby… grocery, coffee, restaurantS, and the ocean. :-) . Condo itself was very clean and management was there IMMEDIATELY when needed help. For example, the battery was dead for our key check in. We called at arrival (9pm) and a nice gentleman had the problem solved with in 5 min. Other than that, we had zero problems. The washer and dryer IN the unit was such a gift. Pool was great. Bring your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets and if you want a counter top cleaner, bring that as well. Murphy bed was comfortable as well as the king in the main bedroom. Kid beach toys were a bonus! ( I also saw two beach chairs in the closet.) Thank you for a home away from home. It was stress free!

It was good for the price.

We enjoyed our stay but there are just a couple things that would make it better. I would upgrade the sheets in the master bedroom, they were very thin and had holes. I would also upgrade the paper products, pots and pans. It was a nice place and a great view (one of the front windows wouldn't open). Easy access to a wonderful beach, and the town was very nice. Again I do want to say for the price we paid it was a great deal.

We’ve stayed in many of the properties at Sea Gypsy, but this was our favorite!

This is a great property. There are multiple bed options, though you would need to rearrange the living/dining room each night to utilize them. The Murphey bed was very comfortable. The master bed was okay-not the best support and we would recommend bringing your own pillow. The master bath had been remodeled and was really nice. Also having a washer/dryer and dishwasher was the BEST! This is the first unit here I have stayed in that had these amenities. The updated key system was really nice, as you didn’t have to keep track of room keys. Overall, it was a great stay!
