Here in the Nelscott neighborhood, you'll have beach access just a short walk down the road and down a set of stairs. The cinema is right across the highway in case you feel like catching a matinee.

Situated on the lower level of Sandstone Point, this studio has a typical combined living and sleeping area, a bathroom, and a balcony with ocean views. The coffee bar space has a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave, as well as a table for two. There's also a shared patio with picnic tables if you feel like dining outside.

Enjoy a flatscreen cable TV and complimentary WiFi. The bed is king-size, and there's also a sofabed, allowing up to four guests to sleep comfortably. Dogs are permitted in the rental for a small nighty fee.

Please use the actual picture of the property not the brown house cause I expected that property. The brown house is in front of the property, the actual property is yellow like a regular hotel; also, make sure to send instructions on how to lock the door. The ocean view is only partly seen if you’re in Seahorse D. The whole property is just old. The outside hallway is dirty and overflowing trash by the stairs. The inside of the room is clean and left a bowl and towel for dog to use, sweet thought. The pillows are too old, so flat. Overall, the stay was okay.

This property was insanely loud, with the walls being paper thin & other guests slamming doors, yelling, and letting their children run up & down the stairs. The noise was nearly unbearable. The fireplace did not work at all, parking was absolutely horrendous, and there were only 2 incredibly thin blankets in the whole room. The room itself was as described other than the fireplace being non-functional & terrible parking, but the experience of staying here was absolutely horrible. We will not be staying here again, but we appreciated the low price.

First of all, Vacasa keeps "reminding" you to give them a review, when you do, they cherry pick only the positive things that you state and, of course, leave all of the rest out. The water pressure in the shower was good. The "curtains" were too sheer, it was impossible to sleep after sunrise. We could hear every pounding step of the woman with her children right above us, for three nights. 5 hangers and no dresser for two people was not sufficient, a dresser would've been nice, and there is room for one. Time for a new shower curtain, gross. Judging by the 7-piece bathroom door frame, the patch over the shower, the lack of cove base, no threshold plate, etc., etc., the quality of workmanship in the remodel was done by a novice and/or someone who just wants to squeeze as much money out of the place as possible, and doesn't really care. With a little bit of work this unit might be worth what we were charged, but next time we'll probably stay somewhere nicer and definitely quieter.

The stay was clean and comfortable. We didn't quite understand key lock but figured it out. Biggest issue was I chose 1st floor thinking there would be no stairs. Next time I will be sure to choose second floor as it was actually ground level.

Great spot... but some things to know before you choose this place.

Loved the stay here.. but you should know.. There are no screens on the sliders so after leaving the door open all night for sound and coolness, we had a nasty giant spider in the room. There wasn't quite enough parking and the spots were very small. The short walk to the beach is a ways and all hill. There aren't things like plates .. so bring your own. The WiFi wasn't working well. Kicking us off and not connecting.. don't count on it.

Good place to stay if you want to be close to the beach

Room is small, bed is hard and you might want to bring your own blankets and pillows but otherwise it’s got a pretty good view of the ocean and a short 5 min walk to the beach is great. Our 3 kids fit and slept great on the futon bed. The noise from the people upstairs walking is extremely loud. Overall not bad for the price for a weekend.

Need better parking and building awareness. Ground floor not handicapped friendly.

The ground floor is below the parking lot. I am handicapped and it was very difficult for me walking down stairs. I booked ground floor as to not have to go downstairs. The toilet was molded and not clean. The bed is old with no mattress cover springs hurt.

The property was OK

When we got there to check in the room was not cleaned or ready for us at all. We called and had to wait an extra hour and a half to get into the room. The room had no AC so we had to sleep with the slidding glass door open when was scary because all the balconies were connected. The walls were thin so we heard everything going on next to us and above us. The walk to the beach was down a very steep hill and rocky path that was hard to navigate with beach stuff. The area was nice but I wish we stayed some place else.
