I stayed in Salmon 1F for just one night.Pros: Good location. Short drive to the public beach to watch amazing sunset. Lots of parking spots. Nice to have a partial oceanview balcony. Smart idea to share a bathroom between two bedrooms.Cons: 1) Very thin walls. Barking dogs and loud guests on the 2nd floor beyond quiet hours (10 pm - 8 am; they're still loud until 1:30 am and started again at 5:30 am). 2) Bedrooms: There were no clothe hangers, the windows have no screens. The beds were too soft. 3) Kitchen: No cutting board, only 2 bowls, and no extra garbage bags. 4) Bathroom: No fan.

The place was filthy. We spent the first night cleaning the place to make it comfortable enough to stay. Its pet friendly for sure, but people do not respect others so our neighbors had dogs running throughout their place all day and all night. Balcony with ocean view is generous. We had a great view of a bunch of bushes. Overall disappointed.

The view was good the property was in poor condition. There was an was a smell that was bad enough that we bought a candle. The bed was so squeaky and it was slanted to one side. Silverware was dirty in the drawer. Would not stay there again. Battery in fire alarm kept beeping, called mo response. Rust on refrigerator, cobb webs in bathroom and main living area

They need to work on cleaning the place.Better !They needed to pull the little table in the bathroom behind there. Needed to be clean behind one of the nightstands found somebody's old toothbrush and the window track on the patio. Door was full of hair like dog hair. It looked like itAnd the floor was very dirty.My wife's white socks turned brown so I know we did not get that flur that dirty. In the 2 days we stayed there. And maybe the cleaners need a check to make sure the dishes are actually clean. Because the last people that use the cookie sheet on the bottom was oily and put it off the description on their place. Look at that Look at Michelle's socks hop around there. Where the bottom? Oh, and then I right there. If you look in that window thing, there was massive little wad of dog hair. Yuck.So you used to work here.She used to be our michelle's workstation.When she worked for osha

Not happy

Okay well the pics you use to show property are very deceiving. It’s super small and hard to move around beds were uncomfortable to boot hot water was extremely scalding never had hot water that hot before. We couldn’t find the common area you said you had neighbors were very rude above and next door constantly smoking on balcony and compositing they needed sleep at mid day and we made too much noise so we couldn’t enjoy music at a respectable level. Doors being slammed a lot and stomping up stairs at night. So to say at no way can I give a good review for this place with an open mind sorry your hearing this but we had a bad experience at this location and our parents did too compete waste of our money wish some way we could find a way to make this experience better down the road at another property stay. But will say it was very clean that I can say as a positive about your place but your pics need to represent every different room as what you have and don’t have do people know what they are renting instead of showing up and being mislead

Great getaway

Amazing spot for people who like to explore and just need a cozy spot to rest at night! Only two minor things that could be done to make this spot perfect! Needs a couch for two and the bed in the front room really needs to be replaced. Other than that this place was perfect for us.

I WANT A REFUND!!!!!

Beds are hard to the point we left a day early because no one slept. Broken blinds, thin walls so you can hear everyone and everything. Not enough plug ins or they are in a weird spot, furniture looks like it was from the goodwill and no tvs in the bedrooms. Had a dog bark constantly from 6:30- 4pm. Waste of time and money. I want a refund!!!!!

Rehabilitation in progress

There was no cable remote the first day we were there. The gfic plug in the kitchen had no cover, nore did an outlet in the second room. I wiped a damp paper towel across the floor and it turned black from poor cleaning. The corner of the second room and ceiling edge had cracks most of the way around. Three of the sets of blinds were broken.

Roll up your sleeves and clean.

The place was dirty- gum stuck under table, fireplace mantle was sticky to the touch, dishes and utensils needs to be washed before used. None of the windows and sliding door have screen, it allow bugs and fly coming through when trying to aired home. Dog hair were everywhere, we did not have any pets. Carpet was so dirty that our bare feet turned black. TV have only 1 channel- Discovery Channel with re-run throughout the 5 days stay. Internet was horrible, best was in the first bedroom and in/out everywhere else. The beds are horrible- they squeak and caved in the middle. This place is not recommended for those with young kids due to dirty carpet and open outlets. It have a musty smell. This is probably one of the worst home we every rented. Not a good way to end our summer. PS, there's no view to the beach- this is a false advertisement on the listing. Picture is misleading, living area is very small.

Good but could have been better.

No ice cube trays in freezer. No drain stop in kitchen sink, so difficult to wash dishes. Hoping that there would be a barbeque, but there was not one. Was clean and comfortable for the three of us plus dog. A little noisy at night with comings and goings which is difficult with a dog.

Filthy, BUG BITES

Filthy. Horribly ancient and uncomfortable furniture. Dirty sheets. Black mold in bathroom. All got bug bites in bed. No ocean view. No on-site management. Dumpster divers going through trash at night, yelling and spreading it around. Stained walls, stained carpets, sticky counters and floors. Complete rip off.

Short walk down hill to beach

We were happy to have found this place open during Labor Day weekend. It was a short walk downhill to beach. There were just a few issues such as heat lamp/fan not working in bathroom which may be contributing to the mold growth above shower head, dingy walls, spiderwebs/dust/pet hair along floorboards, vents, and behind beds. Could use an overall good deep cleaning and some maintenance considering the fees and price we paid. Strong dog smell throughout the place that got better next day but as it’s pet friendly just be prepared for that. Not all outlets functional. All in all it worked okay for 2 adults and 2 kids but needs deep cleaning and maintenance.

Wouldn't stay here again

The only good thing was having separate bedrooms and a usable kitchen. Smaller then it looks. One room has no closet at all. Cheap dollar store amenities. Clean but mold on the ceiling. More like a hotel but with all the ABNB fees.

Relaxing week away from work

There wasn't any hanger, not enough chairs, no view of ocean, no place to hang towels, should have tv or radio in bedroom Futon is very uncomfortable to sleep on no cushioning, the table is to big to sit at, the sliding door is hard to open and shut, the blinds need to be worked at. All to All it was a fun week able to relax and do shopping

Easy beach access

The beach is a close walk and beautiful sunsets. The beach view from the room is almost nonexistent but thats okay because you should be on the beach instead of sitting inside. Has everything you need to enjoy a little get away... that being said.. the walls and floors are super thin, like very thin. The squeaky door to get into the building I could hear everytime it opened and I was the furthest unit away from it on the first floor. You can easily hear people's normal conversations in the hall while going to their rooms. Some noise and even loud conversations is to be expected on a busy weekend but it was as if people were outside my bedroom door. All and all for the price and on a weekend they should have been full months in advance (booked my memorial weekend stay about 5 weeks out) it was just fine as I was basically just there to sleep. They are dog friendly although I didn't bring mine. So thats a bonus. If youre looking for the same things I was you'll be just fine.

Noise

Crack shack

It was an awful place to stay! The shower didn’t work, the blinds were broken, no additional blankets, light fixtures coming out of the wall, sliding glass door hardly opened or closed, the paint didn’t match at all on touch up repairs. It was like staying in a crack shack.

Not what it appears on photos

Parking lot hard to navigate. No designated spots. Fine on surface level but when you look closer, it’s not as clean as it appears. Photos are deceiving. Shower has mold, interior doors need cleaning (make up and grime), dishes not clean, sliding door not functional, missing blinds, no screens on windows and no air conditioning. Curtains and shower curtains dirty and damaged.

Needs improvement

There is no window screens, the sliding door doesn’t lock, wasn’t filthy but could use a good cleaning around baseboards, spiderwebs, oven. It is an older building so you can here every noise. There is a lot of garbage around the outside of the building. If things get taken care of it would be a nice place to stay.

It was utterly disgusting

I took about 30 pictures around the place we rented room F-1. My socks were black from walking on the floor, there were cob webs everywhere. There were dirty towels from the last person that stayed there hanging on the shower. The dishes had burnt food stuck to them, there was a weird green (snot) substance on the wall. It said it was ocean veiw and our balcony/porch loomed straight at some pushed with dog poop everywhere. It it had been cleaned properly we wouldve enjoyed the stay more. I took 2 hours to clean when I got there which shouldnt happen on a vacation! The manager was unavailable.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The neighbors were so loud. Listened to a couple yell and scream all night long. The beds were uncomfortable and old. Just nothing relaxing about this place at all. The landscape needs maintenance and condos could use some TLC.

Not very well kept.

We did not sleep well at all. We could literally feel the springs in the bed and tossed and turned all night, we also had very loud neighbor which was not helpful. I wouldn’t stay at the property again, disappointed.
