Cozy Ground Floor Beachfront Suite - Sleeps 4 - Pool and Sauna!

Summary:

'Beachy Keen' is what we call this cozy oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king size bed and a pull-out, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

Unit 122, which we call “Beachy Keen,” is a first-floor condo that has the personal touch of its owner, and the benefits of being just steps away from the edge of the beach.



This condo underwent a complete makeover in January 2015. It now features a king bed in the back bedroom, and a more open living area that has an elegant sofa that converts into a queen-sized bed. This doesn’t feel like a vacation rental. It feels like home.



A full kitchen provides all the ingredients for some serious home cooking. A keyless entry system prevents lockouts. Wi-fi is free and password-protected. 



There is a bench right outside your oceanfront doors, and a short stairway right to the sand.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
