"My check in wasn't until 3pm and I arrived at 10am. The staff accomodated and placed me into my room at the time of arrival. I would return to newly made beds and fresh towels daily after my daily task. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional along with freshly brewed coffee machines which saved me alot of money. As a Holiday Inn member, I was able to easily extend my check out time."

"The hotel and staff were great. The pool was green and did not look safe to swim in. We also took a blanket out of the closet that was all frayed and looked like it should have been thrown away years ago. It was clean but did not look nice."

"The room I checked in smelled like mildew. I told the staff and they did nothing about it. Found out the bathroom floods when you take a shower. Maintenance came and confirmed and I asked for a different room the next day. They ran out of food during breakfast onSunday and customers, including me, had to wait almost 20 for the staff to bring food out."

"I was disappointed in the fee for parking overnight. I expect that downtown but not that far out of the downtown area. They do charge for park and fly which is completely understandable but we were leaving in the am. I did not see this information when I was trying to decide on a hotel."

"This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel."
