Lignano Sabbiadoro. The holiday home is located in a residence, on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. In a beautiful residential area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Pineta are the terraced villas, which are about 1km away from the beach and the town centre of Sabbiadoro. Parking (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house. The covered parking in the basement of the house is suitable for two smaller or one larger car. Additional parking is available on the public street.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September). Depending on weather conditions, the pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.
