  • Esta es una gran casa de alquiler de vacaciones en Catskill en la región de Catskill. La casa es limpia, muy espaciosa, con muebles bonitos y bien decorada.     Ideal para bodas! La casa tiene una cocina completa, WIFI, dos salas de estar con TV de pantalla plana en cada una y un comedor / sala de estar. Alquilamos toda la casa a un grupo a la vez. Aunque es una casa grande, los grupos más pequeños también son bienvenidos y disfrutarán de la calidez y la sensación acogedora del alojamiento Catskill con estilo. La propiedad es privada con vistas a la montaña. Nuestra propiedad tiene 2 acres de acres planos y muy útiles con un granero que es una sala de recreación con mesa de billar y air hockey. Tiene una ubicación céntrica para esquiar en Hunter Mountain, solo de 5 a 7 minutos. Windham Mountain está a unos 15 a 20 minutos de nosotros. En el verano estamos a solo 5 a 15 minutos de varios lagos. También estamos cerca de Fenicia para disfrutar de unos tubos excelentes. Woodstock es de unos 30 minutos. Great house for our large group with multiple families and small children. We loved hanging out in the separate game room/barn after the kids went to bed. The kids loved the outdoor fire circle and nearby hiking trails. Hope to come back next year!

fantastic property with a fantastic host. check-in was painless.the star of the show is the huge dining room table. perfect for crafts and games.the game room (an entire barn) also a highlight.great for large groups. our stay in spring had a mix of warm and cold weather; the window AC units that were available to install were clutch, and by the end of the weekend the heat worked great too.kitchen is well stocked, but we were also glad we brought extra baking pans and trays.BYO towels and soapsplenty of parking spaceif you're from out of town, make sure you google grocery stores on your way in. for ice and basic needs, there is a Dollar General only 15min away

Family Reunion

Great place for our 15 person family get together for people of all ages, from 5-75 years old. Great lawn for yard games, the game room was a big hit, a kitchen with all you need to cook good meals for lots of people. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for large group

5th year renting with 5 families for ski weekend. The house has plenty of rooms for everyone. The main area off the kitchen is great for meals together & game night!

Great stay!

Pictures were very accurate. Lots of rooms, as listed with plenty of space for a big group of people. Everyone slept comfortably and the large kitchen and dining area were a huge plus!

This was a great house! I went away with 8 women for a book club retreat. The house had 10 bedrooms so there was more than enough space. The house had a lot of charm. The house was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was very responsive and very kind. It was an absolute great stay!!

Family reunion ski weekend

This house offered plenty of space and a great place to unwind after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed the closeness to the slopes (less than 15 minute drive) and cooked some great meals in the kitchen, dining on the glorious table in the dining room. My 9.5 month old grandson loved crawling through the “tunnel” under the long table;/)

Wonderful House and Close to Hunter!

We stayed here with three other families back in January during a ski trip to Hunter Mountain. We loved the large table in the dining room and that was a nightly setting for hours of fun and games after long days on the slopes. The host was awesome and very quick to respond to any questions. The house is a short distance from Hunter and was perfect for our group.

Always a great time

This is our second year staying at this house to play volleyball and enjoy the summer in the Catskills. Like last year, we had a great time hanging out in the backyard field and in the house. There’s plenty of space for everyone and we never felt cramped or uncomfortable. Great stay for large groups that want a lot of outdoor space!

Beautiful place

We stayed at this wonderful property during my mother's memorial service. It was nice to have such a large place so my family could all stay in one place. Having such a large dining table so we could have meals all together was very helpful. The host was great and communicative. He even agreed to ship my aunt's slicer that she left behind. Thank you!

Great old farmhouse

Lots of room, indoors and out, and great for a large group. Note that not all of the doors are even closable, let alone latchable/remain closed. But very nice space and very easy communication with host. Recommended.

It was a nice enough house. There was no coverage on some of the windows which creeped us out. Not getting back to a renter/Vrbo about how many nights and acting as if he was not aware. The house is quaint old farmhouse. The girls enjoyed the game room and the large dinning room was wonderful so we could all eat together. It was nice to have the bedding, hand soap and kitchen equipment included. It made it easier to travel. Also, you can tell that renovations are being done that will make the house even better.

Lexington big house

Nice, big and clean house. The kitchen was very well stock. My only negative would be the game room. The air hockey is not operable and there was only one pool stick to play pool with. I will come back to it again just because how nice and cozy it is. The location is superb.

A perfect Thanksgiving

Our extended family has been staying here for several years for a reunion of sorts at Thanksgiving. The number of bedrooms and beds are perfect for the 16 or so relatives and our dogs that come together once a year for this holiday. The home is large with a great working kitchen and enough room for all the cooks to be in there at once. The dining room easily seats us all comfortably. The recreation barn is charming with its variety of games, and the huge yard is perfect for the dogs to run off leash. Unfortunately we have never visited in season to utilize the picnic and campfire areas. The host is friendly and accommodating, always responsive when we have a question. We expect to spend many more future holidays at this charming and welcoming home.

Lots of space, everything needed.

Lovely spot. Beautiful. Lots of space and things we needed for multiple families to gather easily. We had a small hiccup with the code getting in-we we’re given the wrong code initially. But with quick communication we were easily able to get in. Not a problem! There was also some confusion about our check out time with cleaners coming early, but again- a problem easily solved. Great fire pit. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of space for all to gather. Thanks again for the great stay!

Fun in the Catskills

We had a group of 11 family members gather here. I think you could add about 4 more and still be comfortable staying here. Beautiful area of country! Hiking trails vary from easy to difficult, so look before you head out. Plenty of places to eat out if you don’t want to cook. Everything is spread out, roads are windy and you’ll be using your phone to guide you. If you like breweries check out West Kill, we loved it there! As far as the house goes it’s kinda quirky, but we all thought it was a great place for a large group. A table long enough for everyone to sit together. We also had room to do a puzzle and play cards. We cooked several meals and the basics are all there for that. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed several evenings around the fire pit. The property manager, Vasili, is very quick to respond to any messages and even had 2 pies waiting for us on arrival! I had never been to this area and we all agreed it was a great way to spend a relaxing week surrounded by beauty!

Perfect for Large Groups

My extended family and I stayed here for Oktoberfest at Hunter Mountain. We were a group of 18 adults and 5 kids and everyone LOVED it! The space is perfect for a large group. The teens and kids enjoyed the game barn that had foosball, air hockey, and billiards. The older folks appreciated that there were 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor (no stairs!). Everyone else loved the fire pit, the gorgeous mountain views, and the peace and quiet of the location. We are already talking about making this a yearly tradition! Some awesome things to note: -the owner Vasili is extremely quick to answer any questions; he was a pleasure to do business with and you can tell he genuinely cares about his property. - the wifi had no less than 20 devices connected and was still going strong - the kitchen has every pot, pan, and utensil you could ever need and a generous selection of spices in the cupboard. They even had some extra large serving platters for the big meals we ate at the giant dining room table. - there is no "chore list" at check out other than to pick up after yourselves. I very much appreciated not needing to strip the beds, etc. It was more relaxing this way! - the house must be 100 years old but has been restored beautifully. It is an old farmhouse and we loved exploring it and admired it unique charm. It was also spotlessly clean and I can attest to this as my 10 month old was crawling and rolling everywhere.

Great for a large group!

We stayed here for a yearly friend reunion. 10 adults and 6 children (4-12). Plenty of bedrooms so everyone was comfy. Loved the 2 separate living rooms and enormous dining table that could accomodate a huge puzzle and board games at the same time. Large yard with fire pit allowed for running around and relaxing. House is very old so expect some wonkiness and uneven floors but it added to the charm. Town is close by with standard grocery store and a handful of good restaurants. An idyllic place to visit overall.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had 15 guys travel into the Catskills for a bachelor party. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed both the house and the area. There are plenty of golf courses, hiking, and outdoor activities around (you may just need to drive about 10-15 minutes). The house is fairly secluded, so we had plenty of privacy. We spent a full day playing yard games (huge yard) and enjoying the weather. The house was plenty big for the 15 grown men we had staying, with plenty of beds, large common areas, and sufficient cooking/grilling items. The only real drawback was the distance to the next town for gas/food/bar/restaurant/delivery; as it was maybe 10-15 minute drive to get anywhere. Overall, a great weekend in a great house!

Great house

This house was so much better than the pictures. Everyone had plenty of space to hangout. We skied during the day and cooked in the big kitchen & ate in the huge dining room. Had a blast in the game room. Host was so accommodating, we'll definitely come back!

Winter Vacation 2022

This is the 2nd time at this property and it was even better than before. Nice and warm, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean. We had 18 people! And the game room was updated. Half the family was there half the time! We had a great time and will be back! Kathy H.
