Carlos (host) and his house were perfect! We loved the house. It is just darling. We were so comfortable. We loved having a backyard for our dogs to explore and a charming neighborhood for longer dog walks. The downstairs bed was very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. We were so close to downtown restaurants and shops but the neighborhood was really quiet and private. Carlos was so attentive and helpful and he made sure the house had everything we needed. You could tell that he put a lot of thought into equipping the house with special little touches like K-cups, hair ties, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The house was also really clean. Although we don't have small children anymore, we took a peek at the upstairs and loved it! What a fun place for kids to hang out and have their own space. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this house and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a home base that feels like their own home. I hope to stay here again next time we are in the area.

This home was perfect for our trip to Kentucky! The location was great with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also a short drive to Lexington and The Kentucky Horse Park! The home was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amentities we needed to feel at home. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and firepit! Highly recommend! Will be back again!

What a Gem!

We met family we hadn’t seen for years. We needed a home located near the Arc Encounter. We were thrilled to find this home just 30 minutes away! Ultimately, we had a lovely time, in this adorable and comfortable home.We had everything we needed at the house, which we truly appreciated.The host was very communicative. Carlos made sure we had all the information to check in, emailed us during our stay to be sure we had everything we needed, and also was informative with our check-out process.If we ever end up in Georgetown again, we will happily lease this property.

Christmas in Kentucky

We stayed for 3 weeks. It felt like home by the time we left. It was a good location for Christmas shopping on W Main St or running to the grocery store or getting something quick to eat on W Broadway. The host was generous with towels and bathroom floor mats. We would definitely rent from them again. Two suggestions, the kitchen light in the ceiling could be brighter; and the ceiling light in the living room would be nicer if it had a dimmer. The spa was great and the fire pit was great for roasting hot dogs (with sticks provided by the host) with our grandkids.

Mystery Weekend 2024

We were pleasantly suprised the house was even better than the pictures. Great distance to Keeneland and Main Street Georgetown. The host was wonderful to respond to all silly questions. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a great family getaway.

This property was perfect for our family. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and gamer room. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was great. We enjoyed Local Feed and Southern Glazed Donuts!

Georgetown Family Fun

We loved this Georgetown Ky home. On a quiet dead end street just minutes to Waterpark, restaurants, shopping, ice cream, gas & groceries.Loved Fava’s diner, Galvin’s and a charming old pub Slainte’s? Short drive west to Buffalo Trace Bourbon and Little Mount Lavender Farm! East to Paris and lunch at Trackside. House kitchen and bath nicely stocked, bedrooms roomy and comfortable, high ceilings and charming details throughout. We were welcomed with a snack and drink basket that was really generous. Backyard is tranquil and private with hot tub/tv and gazebo that we enjoyed each day. Kids loved the bedroom and playroom upstairs, despite the heat, 95* outside everyday this wk. They had extra fans too. TV’s in all bedrooms and living. We will book this home again! :) -Thank you Carlos, really great property. M & J

BUCKET LIST

One night stop but so relaxing, we enjoyed the hot tub and cooked on the grill under the patio. The house was very clean and comfortable! Pillows a little thick for our liking but other then that, honestly couldn’t ask for better. We would stay again if we are ever in Georgetown. SAFE AREA!!

This is the worst we have ever stayed.

Although the place was well stocked and hot tub worked, the house, was not Very uncomfortable. There was only comfort in our beds. Could not relax on sofa and chairs. Too small and too low backed. Dinning room had mix and match chairs and also uncomfortable. Only one bathroom on 1st floor. There was a plunger behind the toilet. The one upstairs very small. Stairs too steep to climb for us. Unable to close both Bedrooms down stairs because the bed was too big and the other one was warped. ( finally move a night stand out and pushed the bed over to the wall.) Just an ugly house and not priced right in my opinion. Kitchen cabinets had paint all over them or dirt, including the oven was filthy and the bottom drawer was crumbly. Kitchen was equipped enough, except I couldn’t find a pitcher to make iced tea. Underneath the sink there were all kinds of chemicals not needed for a rental. we pay for housecleaning so I don’t need oven cleaner. I could go on and on with this list but I think the management should walk through this house and evaluate the safety of the steps at the front door, all the doors that can’t close and the smell as you enter. (A mixture of Old house and cleaning spray.) We are very disappointed!
