Hotel Review Overall, the stay was okay, and it wasn’t as bad as I expected. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The blanket had an unpleasant, old smell, and the drawers and dressers smelled very bad when opened. I also noticed small cockroaches in the room. The furniture is quite outdated, although the sofa was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but essential amenities such as hand soap and shampoo were missing. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

I believe this was a scam. No staff on site at check in. Phone number went to full mailbox. I recommend not ever connecting to this site.

Check in was extremely frustrating. No one was there. It was entirely online. And the room wasn't ready and I wasn't given a time frame for when it would be ready.

The room was perfect for what I needed and was pet friendly so I have no complaints there. It is in need of repair and updating for cosmetic purposes alone. However, what it lacked in charm it more than made up for in one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on and I, genuinely, contemplated taking the pillows home with me as they were incredibly comfortable. I would stay again.

Do not go here! Literally this was the poorest lodging stay that I've ever endured in my entire life. Do not go here and I'm actually contemplating a lawsuit. These people don't have regard for anyone who rents from them and it's literally the worst property I've ever stayed in my entire life.

This was the best place I stayed. However, it was not at the Inn for which I paid. When I arrived, no one was in the office, but I ran into some guys renovating the property. The called the boss for me, and he put me at a much nicer property at Staybridge Suites, 34521 Old Postal Lane, Lewes. That was the nicest place Instayed on this vacations so far and the breakfast was the best. The WiFi was flawless.

The room was dirty. It had roaches poop still in the toilet. It had food left in the fridge over from the last guest previous. I will never come back to this hotel

The property was dirty to look at. The rooms had roach traps there was a dead mouse in the corner. The bathroom was filthy even though the cleaning lady was trying to clean. We could not stay there at all.

Great location but overall comfort was not there, the blankets were visibly dirty luckily we had our own in the car. The kitchen and living room area were clean but no trash cans in the unit. Minimal lighting as well as TV not working.

They shouldn’t be charging more than $80 a night. I don’t think the location is staffed. The phone operators are less than helpful. The property is near ready for tear down. The smoke detector was a few broken wires sticking out of the wall.

This place is disgusting. i wasn't in the door more than 5 minutes and I had to kill a roach and then found another one dead. the wall paper is peeling there was an old razor in the bathroom. absolutely horrible.

No kitchen supplies; very dirty. Check in process was totally digital but not relayed that info until the penultimate hour. Check in took almost 45min. No person on campus. Avoid at all costs

The Inn at Lewes is not "hotel" quality, more of a motel - and you aren't guaranteed NOT to see bugs (roaches - which they have sticky traps for). The flooring requires the use of flip flops at all times. I brought my own linen thankfully because either there wasn't any or I wouldn't want to use what was there. Yes there is a kitchen - not sure what actually worked and definitely not outfitted to cook in it. The refrigerator worked and that's all I used. I even had a sofa cover so I didn’t have to sit on that either. Staying was a necessity as I had visitors at my place and it was just me so I stayed there. It was the only place at/under $200/night. Everything else was $300+ including places I've stayed in the past that weren't much better- Roadway Inn/EconoLodge. If you stay here, make sure its just the necessity of a place to crash and Mayne shower - i didn't have an issue with hot water or water pressure but definitely wouldn't use the tub for a bath.. again (flip flops).
