This recently updated two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the Village of Five Points offers a bright, comfortable setting for a relaxing Lewes vacation. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a twin bed, and its own walk-in closet, with a full guest bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. The open floor plan provides plenty of natural light and includes a well-appointed kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a screened-in porch that is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The unit includes ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Keypad entry allows for easy check-in. The condo is located on the second floor with no elevator, but there are no steps to enter the unit. Linens are not included, though a rental package is available. No pets and no smoking are permitted.
The Village of Five Points is Lewes' most popular resort-style community and is designed for convenience and walkability. Guests can easily access the community pool, tennis and bocce courts, restaurants, sports bars, grocery stores, coffee shops, boutiques, and salons. A walking, jogging, and biking path loops throughout the neighborhood, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors without driving. Many visitors find they can park their car at the start of their stay and walk to nearly everything they need.
Lewes Beach is only minutes away and is known for its calm bay waters, making it ideal for families and those looking for a quiet beach experience. Lifeguards are on duty during the summer season, and conveniences such as restrooms, outdoor showers, and seasonal snack stands are available. The area is perfect for swimming, paddle-boarding, and watching the sunset. Cape Henlopen State Park is also nearby and offers ocean waves, scenic walking and biking trails, historic observation towers, a fishing pier, and miles of shoreline to explore. Historic downtown Lewes provides charming 18th-century streets, waterfront restaurants, unique shops, museums, and marina access. The Lewes–Rehoboth Canal offers opportunities for boating, paddle-boarding, and water sports.
Public transportation is easily accessible thanks to DART's Beach Bus system and the nearby Lewes Transit Center. Route 204 connects guests to downtown Lewes, Lewes Beach, and the Cape May–Lewes Ferry. Route 201 provides access to Rehoboth Beach, the Boardwalk, and Tanger Outlets. Seasonal Route 208 offers transportation to Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, and Ocean City. The seasonal Route 305 Beach Connection provides express service from Wilmington, Newark, and Dover. These routes run frequently during the summer and offer an easy alternative to driving, with air-conditioned buses equipped with bike racks.
Parking is plentiful throughout the Village of Five Points, making arrivals and daily outings simple and convenient.

Family Trip

We stayed for 4 nights in Lewes. Lewes is a charming town and beach is nice. Remax handles the trip for this unit, which I didn't find to be very helpful. Upon arrival there was a dirty sponge left in the master bathroom. There were dirty dish towels and mats left in washer untouched. I notified right upon arrival and didn't hear back for another day or so once I emailed again. The rental is not user friendly when dealing with a realty company which I wouldn't book again. My family uses Vrbo often for vacations and this was least guest accommodating unit I have experienced. The complex was nice and pool was clean. We booked last minute so we didn't have a lot to choose from in terms of condos. The location is easy to get around to the beaches. The fact that you have to rent linens and make all of your beds then not be supplied a starter set of toliet paper, soap, etc. is crazy to me. Also the check-out instructions had conflicting times. 10:00 AM is check out, however we had cleaning staff knocking on our door at 9:15. As long as you are good with all of that then the condo will suit your needs. Like I said we didn't have a lot of options since booking late and this fit our family needs, but I would be inclined to rent from an actual owner not a realty company as there really is no customer service.

Fantastic!

We stayed here for a week in June 2022. The condo was absolutely immaculate. Everything was modern and well stocked, down to hand soap pumps at every sink. This is our fourth summer trip to Lewes and each time we have stayed in a different condo or townhouse within the Village of Five Points. You cannot beat this location - ten minutes from the beach, central to restaurants and shopping, many conveniences within walking distance. Thanks for a great week!

Great week with my daughter and granddaughters. We love the Villages of Five Points. Rental condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Enjoyed the screened porch. Easy access to route 1 and surroundings areas. Hope to return next week.

Perfect location, perfect size

I've stayed in the Village of Five Points several times before in a town home. This was my first time in a condo. This condo was adorable, clean, quiet and the perfect size for a mom and two children. Air conditioning was nice and cool. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils and pots. The location is awesome being close to the grocery store and Lewes beach. A few restaurants are in walking distance which was awesome. Would stay again.

Fantastic condo for a week long trip

A very beautiful, well decorated, and clean property with a great floor plan. The property is only a short distance to the beaches and outdoor activities such as kayaking and tennis. The condo is conveniently located for access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Everything that we required for our family stay was available in the condo. The check in and check out process was flawless. We could not have been any more happier with this rental. Fabulous property. If we visit this area again, we will be sure to inquire about this specific condo. 5 stars.

Cute little condo

We just checked out after our one-week stay at unit 5206, 17071 Brandt St. It was the perfect size for our family of four with two young teens. The two full baths were great after a long day at the beach. We walked to Greene Turtle and Fish On for dinner. The location is very convenient to the ocean (Cape Henlopen) and the bay (Lewes). We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Very nice condo and community

This was a perfect condo and location for our visit to Lewes, DE. We have stayed in the Five Points community previously in a larger townhouse. This visit, there were only 3 of us. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the condo was a perfect layout for my husband, myself and our adult daughter. We enjoyed having the small balcony to have our morning coffee and evening wine. We cooked some of our meals in and the kitchen was well appointed with all the items we needed. There is very little room to store groceries, so we only bought small orders at a time. The grocery store is within walking distance so frequent trips was not a problem. The pool and restaurants are also a short walk. Tips: You need to provide all of your paper products...this includes toilet paper! You need king size sheets for the master bedroom. There are bike racks on the main level, but these are primarily used by condo owners. We used bike racks in the adjacent parking lot. You can hop on the Lewes-Georgetown trail right down the road . Fish On is a great restaurant in the community. Try their fish stew. It's a favorite of ours. We would definitely book this condo again.
