3 bedroom Family Friendly condo - Last Minute August Openings

Although technically located in Lewes, this 3 bedroom second floor condo lets you enjoy all the amenities of Rehoboth Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes Beach, the Bike Trails and the Outlets. Our gated community is located just behind the Route 1 outlets in Tax Free Delaware. Rehoboth Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, and Lewes Beach are less than 4 miles from your door. I often go for a leisurely 2 mile walk in the morning on the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk while the kids are still asleep. Our biking trails are wonderful! Twenty mIles of sand dunes, ocean front, old army bunkers and lakes for our wildlife. The Gordon's Pond/Lewes Bike 25 mile loop is 5 - 8 minutes from the condo behind the Tanger Outlets. We love this beach for the family friendly atmosphere. We have been letting our twins walk the Boardwalk since they have been in their young teens. Friends and families have been coming for years. It is one of the safest beaches I have ever been on. Dolphins swim south all sumner and in the early Fall in both the morning and early afternoon. Winter weekends have something special from the Jazz Festival to ice sculpting. Lewes Beach (3 miles) has much calmer waves and is good for the younger children. You can literally drive up to the beach. Whether you are looking for fabulous restaurants, want to search for sea glass, or are a golfer, our community offers a wide variety of choices. The Cape May Ferry is also convenient for those of you who want to experience a Victorian town and watch the dophins. This condo offers 3 bedrooms with new queen beds in all of the rooms with a complete set of linens provided. The appliances have also been replaced and the condo painted. The outdoor porch wraps around from the master bedroom to the kitchen. It is a beautiful place to sit and relax and read a book. TV (Netflix, Disney Plus) and fast WiFi are provided along with 2 full baths. Beach and personal towels, beach umbrellas, balls, board games and other assorted beach toys are available for your use. Cook in a full kitchen with an electric oven/stove, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. All appliances have been updated. There is also an iron and ironing board. The condo is exceedingly quiet due to the nature of the gated community. Children are always welcome and there is plenty of room to watch them play soccer outside your window. Fishing on the East Plantation requires no fishing license. There is a fishing pole in the storage area.

Amazing stay!!

Loved my time at Faith’s property. Very spacious comfortable and welcoming. Super close to the beaches, water parks and shopping. Very quiet so you can relax after running around. An absolutely beautiful flower garden at the entrance. Gracious host and will definitely be booking again. Thank your very kind hospitality!

Beach Getaway

Faith's place is perfectly located between several beaches and Henlopen State Park, so relaxation on a beach by the ocean is just a few minutes away. We have stayed here three times now, and plans are in the works for next year already. Great cozy retreat after a long day of hiking, dolphin watching, or just enjoying the historic Lewes downtown area. Excellent HOST!

Love this place!

This is the third time we have stayed here. The host was very responsive to problems we had with the internet service. The house and gardens were all lovely, as usual. Looking forward to next year! Hint: don't bother to rent the 4 seater bicycles at Rehobeth- they are very difficult to ride and require lots of effort. They hurt!

We will be back

My family and I had a great time staying at this condo. The photos were spot on, everything in the listing was accurate. The wrap around porch was very charming and great for breakfast and evening chats. The condo was very spacious. We had plenty of room to lounge and let our busy toddler roam. The location of the condo was central to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Our host, Faith, was phenomenal. She was communicative from the time of booking to check out. She provided us with recommendations of local beaches and restaurants to enjoy during our stay. Her and her husband were always available, even on late nights. We were having issues with connecting to the Wi-Fi and they resolved it quickly for us. My family and I felt relaxed and comfortable during our stay. When we come back to town, there’s no other place we’d rather stay. We are already planning our return. Thanks Faith!

Delightful 2nd floor condo surrounded by trees!

Very nice spacious three-bedroom condo nestled in among beautiful flowers maintained by a neighbor gardener. Very quiet and green. Starbucks nearby!

This is our 2nd Stay. Always cozy, great location, great beds. The kitchen is wonderful to prepare meals in. The porches are great for games, late night talks & reading. Close to everything.

Lovely place for a Fall shore getaway

Clean and comfortable condo in a quiet community. We enjoyed visiting Henlopen and Lewes beaches and Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. Host was very responsive to our needs. We'll definitely consider a return visit!

Nice townhouse in great location

3 nights stay with 3 kids and loved the proximity to Rehoboth and Lewes. Clean inside and out. Had all the cooking supplies and even some food available. Would recommend!

We were treated like family! Nothing but respect through and through. The Condo is beautiful and completely furnished. Can not think of one negative thing to say about the condo, location, or the host. Just wish we could have stayed longer.
