In the emblematic town of the Vendée Globe, come and discover this comfortable 2-room apartment located in a recent luxury residence. Just 800 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the bustling shops of the Arago district and its daily market, this apartment is perfect for a stress-free vacation.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, this modern and well-appointed apartment includes a welcoming entrance, a bright living room with kitchen area, offering everything you need to prepare your meals, a bedroom equipped with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom water adjoining the room, for greater comfort, separate WC and an equipped balcony.

Apartment amenities include: a refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, two televisions and a DVD player. A garage is reserved, located 50 meters away in the neighboring residence.

Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment.
