"3人部屋で予約してましたが、夜になってもソファーベッドがベッドメイクされてませんでした。フロントにお願いしたところ、担当者が勤務外とのことでフロントのおじさまが対応してくれました。また、フロントのミドルエイジの女性の対応が日本に比べてクールでした。フランスではそれがスタンダードなのかもしれませんが。
それ以外は素晴らしい滞在でした。海が見える部屋にしていただいたので、いつでも美しい海がみえて朝、夕方と色合いが異なる海の景色を楽しみました。部屋は3人で滞在しても余裕があり、清潔で快適でした。
外はすぐにプロムナードデアングレなのでお散歩も気持ち良いし、旧市街にも近く大変便利でした。
またアメニティのNUXEも香りも使い心地も良かったです。
朝食はつけなかったのでわかりません。近くに美味しいパン屋さんがあり朝買ってきて部屋で食べました。
ニースの海が見える部屋というだけで、滞在満足度が大幅上昇しました。またニースにいける機会があればぜひ滞在したいです。"

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Maria and John. They provided me with extra coffee pods and milk and were always there to answer question. My room was quiet, clean and cool, my three most important things in a hotel."

"I booked 3 rooms in the same category and price point, 2 rooms were what we were expecting and my room was about half the size of the other two rooms. It stunk like an ashtray and when we went to use the shower, it didn't drain and flooded the bathroom. We were told that the maintenance person had left for the day. (It was around 6pm) There was no follow up, no offer for a different room. Just had to stay in a room that smelled like cigarettes and had an unusable shower. Terrible."

Personalet var serviceinnstilt, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende gjennom hele oppholdet.
Hotellet ligger bare 5 minutter fra Nice-Ville stasjon, noe som gjør det enkelt å komme seg til og fra hotellet med tog. Samtidig tar det bare 15 minutter å gå ned til stranden og strandpromenaden."

"Daily breakfast was wonderful.
For the amount that we paid, service was subpar. In Italy, for this caliber of hotel, the staff all knew our names and greeted us daily by name.
Here, they were often unable to get our breakfast order correct.. the all you can eat buffet saved it though, excellently prepared food with lots of fruits and fruit drinks.
Gym was mediocre, but with the proximity to the promenade it was ok, since we were able to run 5-10k daily outside anyway.
All in all, the hotel...
