RENTAL 2 ROOMS, TWO-ROOM APARTMENT Les Ménuires altitude 1850/3000 m, 4 adults + 2 children (recommended). TRACK FOOT. Direct access to the 3 valleys (Courchevel, Val Thorens, Méribel (650 km of slopes)

Nice apartment :
Completely renovated, labeled, quiet, located in the sought after area of BRUYÈRES (ski sun building 2). Sunny balcony of 7 m2, open view of the mountain.
Secure ski locker directly overlooking the Boyes blue run. (ski out and back). At the bottom of this track you access the ski lifts: Masse, Doron, or Croisette.
For luggage, car access at the foot of the building, free parking.
It is located on the 2nd floor, 3 rd from the runway, with the advantage of having entry at zero level (no queue at the elevator to unload luggage)
Within 100 meters, all amenities:
 Departure of ESF lessons, sale of ski passes, daycare center, crèche, bakery, Sherpa, restaurants, caterer, pub / night club, aquatic center, wellness area, cinema, tourist office All accessible, (in case of bad weather) time), through the interior of the building.
No smoking, you can smoke on the balcony. Animals are not allowed.

    • Sleeping area, with two bunk beds, 70 mattress with duvet and pillow
    • Living room click 140 bed new, with duvet and pillow and TV 55 cm (USB key). Plenty of storage.
• Separate bedroom with 140 cm duvet and pillow and 80 cm TV (USB key)
    • Large kitchen area with all the equipment: dishwasher, combi-microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, raclette machine .

Access to the building by badge and to the apartment by coded box.
The instructions will be given to you by email.

Rental from Saturday 2 p.m. to Saturday following departure 10 a.m. Cleaning to be done, or to pay extra (notify me in advance)
     20% reduction on ski rental (discount coupon to take at the apartment)

Les Menuires Ski Holiday

We had a great time staying at Mr Julian’s apartment. All the facilities inside for a warm cosy stay; for cooking, and relaxing. A great location in Les Bruyeres, right on the ski slopes and close to all amenities, ski shops, ski school, spar centre and pool, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend Le Setor for food and welcome.

Parfait

De superbes vacances, un hôte a l'écoute, avec un appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel, ainsi qu'une situation géographique idéal. Ski au pied, non loin du centre et des écoles de ski, et piscine.

Très bonne opportunité de séjour

On constate que le propriétaire a coeur de nous recevoir dans les meilleures conditions. Propreté irréprochable et équipement plus que complet dans un logement qui paraît quasi neuf. Le plus , un matelas super confortable et 2 téléviseurs. Accès direct aux pistes depuis le local à skis. La meilleure offre de location pour ma part dans cette gamme de prix. Je conseil vivement !

Sejour ski à Noël

Super appartement, hyper fonctionnel et très bien situé dans la station, à proximité des restaurants, ecole de ski, espace aquatique, cinéma, sherpa...Le local à ski donne directement sur la piste bleue" Boyes". Ravis de notre séjour!!!!!

Goede week gehad in het compacte en nette appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien en goed gelegen aan de piste. Wifi voor een week kan bij het touristoffice worden geregeld voor 39 euro per week.

Logement très bien équipé et très propre. Malgré sa petite taille, tout y est. Il ne manque rien. Tour est bien pensé jusqu au moindre détail. Bien placé. Accès direct aux pistes. Nous le recommandons vivement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Propriétaire très gentil et disponible. Indications pour le logement impeccable. Rien à redire
