"My husband and I wanted a cozy little get away for our anniversary & the lil school house was so perfect!!! It’s a nice rural setting and very well taken care of and remodeled so cute!!! I am so happy they had ceiling fans- that is one of my must haves anywhere we stay!!! We had everything we needed and excellent communication with our hosts!! It’s about 20 minutes into Manhattan and Tuttle Creek which was great since we brought our kayak!! It was the perfect stay!! "

"We had the best stay at the Happy Little Apple! It was perfect for our group of 8 - 4 adults and 4 kids/teens. The house is absolutely adorable and the thoughtful additions made it even better - we loved all the games, kitchen items, fire pit, and all the little details in the charming decor. The owners thought of everything and were prompt to communicate. We will be back!"

"Property was great, and when the door code didn’t work, Mallory gave me a new one right away. She even stayed on the phone with me to make sure I got in ok. The snacks and bottled water were really nice to come home to after a day of football and Kites! We would definitely stay here again!"
