The pretty village of Léon, 3km away, has all the summer activities and entertainment and a secure cycle path to help you get around the lake and water sports. Our contemporary house guarantees you all modern comfort with the addition of a private swimming pool (6m x 3m with a flat bottom of 1.40m, open from June 1st to September 30th depending on the weather and secured by a bar cover) in the heart of an entirely enclosed 2500m² with a direct and breathtaking view of the forest. A large covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha as well as a swing, a bowling alley and table football await you for good moments of relaxation in complete conviviality. Our gîte is laid out on one level. It is composed of : - a large living room with lounge area (TV, WIFI), dining area and open equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave) - a master suite with 1 160x200 bed and its bathroom (Italian shower with open toilet) - a second bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 - a third small bedroom with 2 bunk beds - a bathroom with Italian shower - a separate toilet - a pantry with washing machine and freezer. For your comfort, sheets, bathroom linen, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning as well as water and electricity consumption are included in the price.
