"Staff were brilliant Expedia on the other hand advertised 1 bed 1 room which I booked. When I got there it had me down as sharing with 3 others on bunk beds. Was told third party booking companies are always doing it. Tried a more truthful review but it was rejected ..."

"The hotel did not have a microwave available to the guests. Nor did it have any form of refrigeration. You had to ask for ice and they gave you a glass of Ice. The staff was pleasant but they had zero flexibility and were not interested in how their guests felt ! I would probably never go back. However if this the type of room that works for you. Then go ahead and stay. I only review things as I see them. They were to the minute about handing you your key to the room. And they didn’t care if I...

"everything clean and helpful staff. The room safe didn't work, but I didn't complain about it as I'm sure they would of sorted it. The bedroom window was locked it would of been nice to be able to open it for fresh air"

"Hotel muito bem localizado. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Excelente estacionamento.

"Location unbeatable. Room and public spaces were great. I planned trip to arrive a bit after 3pm check-in time. The room was not ready. Told me to tour the monastery or sit in lounge bar. This I wasn’t expecting after a busy, hot morning in Fatima. They comped me a glass of rosé. Were very attentive after that. The night /early morning guard was a sweetheart. They arranged for a bagged breakfast for my early departure to Lisbon airport. Fresh water and coffee/tea machine in the room were much...

"We absolutely loved staying at Haven. When we come back, that’s where we will stay."

"Really clean rooms with plenty of space also different areas to chill out. Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help."
