  • The villa is on the ground level and it is built on levels which are separated with few steps. On the main level there is the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the household effects and the electric appliances. In the living room there is a large corner coach which can be used as a bed for two people , a modern dining table for 8 people and a bathroom.
    One level below there is a bedroom with a double comfortable bed with its own bathroom. The bedroom borders on the living room for which the access is independent of the main entrance.

    A level above the living room there are 2 bedrooms where in the one there is a double bed and in the other there are two single beds and a spacious bathroom.
    All the bedrooms of the v illa have wardrobes, anatomic mattresses, a LED tv set, air conditioning and they are decorated in a simple and modern style.
    In the verandh of the villa there is comfortable furniture where guests relax in green-clad garden and they can have beautiful mome

Best villa!!

It is our seventh year in Greece and we stayed in different locations, but this one was definitely the best. Great villa, well equipped, nice owners, perfect location!!

A Wonderful Holiday

The description regarding the location, layout, facilities, etc. was accurate. The property was very clean and well-maintained and the owner/manager provided very good customer service. My holidays at villa Ioanna were excellent. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable and the people were very polite and serviceable. We realy enjoyed the pool and the playground was very nice for our children. We 'll come again for sure. Thank you for everything

Amazing villa, wonderful garden!

Villa Ioanna is one of the most luxurious villas I have ever stayed in. The day of our arrival we were welcomed by a very polite young lady who had prepared a traditional delicacy for my family. She showed us around and she was there when needed. All rooms where clean and it was obvious the villa was nearly new and decorated with taste. Don't miss the chance to stay there if you ever visit this stunning island!

it's worth visiting

Excellent stay.We spent fantastic holidays in Lefkada and our family really enjoyed in villa.Our children really loved the swimming pool and the garden and our rooms were clear,convenient and friendly.Villa Ioanna surpassed our expectations and the owner was polite and helpful.Excellent villa in a very good location, 5 minute away from the city of Lefkas.We were really impressed.

Magical Holidays in Lefkas

Beginning of summer and we just had a super-relaxing/having-fun time in Lefkas. Staying in Villa Ioanna is exactly what we needed me and my friends (3 couples in total) for starting our holidays in beautiful Lefkas. Great accomodation, very hospitable owners, clean (very important!!!) and feeling of luxurious vacations next to the main center of Lefkas and really close to Nydri. The best value for money I found in this unique island! Thank you guys!!See you next year!!!

Best family holiday ever!!!!!!

Me and my family went on holiday to Lefkada and he had booked villa Ioanna. We have the best to remember! The kids enjoyed the playground and the swimming pool, which I have to say was very clean!! The whole villa was perfectly maintained modern and clean, and owners provided us with anything we needed with just a phonecall!! The village of Kariotes and the placement of villa Ioanna was great for family vacation as it is a quiet place and we just drove less than 10 minutes to go to the city of Lefkada or to the beach! I have already recommended it to our relatives and next summer we will return with my two sisters and their families ( thank God the other two villas are next to "ours" so we will be able to spend all our days together) The one thing I will not forget was the nights, when the kids had fallen asleep and I drank beers with me husband lying exhausted next to the swimming pool, under a sky full of stars! Just magic moments!!!

Exceptional!

We loved staying in Villa Ioanna! The most important thing is that we wanted to stay more in the villa than visiting beautiful Lefkas! Luxurious environment and many facilities! Fotis and Alexandra are very friendly and be sure that we are looking forward to visiting again!

Excellent for big families!

- perfect accommodation - very comfortable - good location - located on the east side of the island that is quiet and less windy - near to Lefkas town - position of villa is by the main road - near to bakeries and markets - cleaning and changing sheats is on every three days - it really looks like on the photo - we would recommend this to everyone and especially for families with more than two children
