This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath custom built home is 40 minutes from downtown Austin and Bergstrom International Airport, 3 miles from Villa Antonia, 15 minutes from Flat Creek Winery, and 10 minutes from Cedar Park. This home has over 2,000 sq. ft of outdoor living space with a large fire pit, a 65 inch outdoor TV, built in gas grill and smoker; all surrounding a gorgeous 9 foot deep pool with a built in spa.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and includes a double oven, built in ice maker and all updated appliances with a large 10 foot island. The open concept home has a large dining room table that seats 10 and looks out to the pool and large covered porch area.

The media room boasts a 100' projection screen, 2 leather reclining sofas that can double as extra sleep space. The media room includes a full size popcorn machine, beverage bar with fridge and sink.

We are minutes from Lake Travis and a public boat launch at Jones Brother’s Park. The park also offers a tennis court, a large playground, & pavilions with grills for family get togethers. Bring your boat or rent from several close by marinas within 10 -25 minutes.

This is an awesome rental for Formula 1, ACL, family reunions, wedding parties, bachelorette and bachelor parties, and any occasion to be together under one roof! No worries on noise restrictions or parking, we are located on 11 acres with complete privacy on all sides.

This home is close to many stores, restaurants and activities. Grubhub delivers to this address as well as HEB, Costco and many other big box stores.

We also offer a 15 passenger XLT 350 Transit van for any transportation needs; please message for pricing.

This house is amazing!!! The location is great and secluded. The beds and bathrooms are perfect for a large group, the pool, patio, and hot tub are perfect for entertaining everyone during the day and evenings. The best part was how well stocked the house is from the kitchen to the bathrooms! It felt like a home away from home! We had a blast and would highly recommend.

We had a great time at this house. The home was very clean. It’s a hi-tech home so we needed some help with the appliances and the hot tub operation but the communication with Ann was great. You need a code for the gate, which we received in our arrival instructions. You also need a code for the front door and a code to operate the thermostats. We had to reach out for those codes. Ann was responsive but it would have been nice to have all the codes in the arrival instructions.

We came for the Texas football game and this house was exactly what we were looking for! Huge beautiful house. The backyard was as great as it looked. We even used the movie theater and popcorn machine which were both great! Ann was a great host, very responsive and I’ve never stayed at a place that came as well stocked as this house was, from towels to alcohol to paper products it was ready to go the minute we arrived.

The house was perfect for a gathering of long time friends and spouses. The house was well stocked, the rooms were comfortable, and the pool was amazing. The host is very responsive to questions both before arrival and during our stay. She also provided great recommendations for restaurants and hiking. We will be back!

What a unique and fantastic house in a great location! It's super private with lots of amenities and space for any kind of groups. Loved the property! Completely stocked with anything we needed. Home was very private and quiet which was great for our family retreat. Ann provided an excellent enviornment for a large group and was able to accomodate our every need.Very communicative and available if needed. Excellent experience and highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this property and this host enough! Ann made sure to answer any and all questions right away. She also gave my group so many recommendations before our weekend there which helped us out a lot. I was there for my bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect location. With the outdoor pool, movie room, firepit, and wet bar, you don't need to leave! The process of checking in and out was very easy and she left such simple instructions to follow for the house. Everyone loved it so much, and we had the best time! Thanks Ann!!

The property was beautiful and fantastic - it was perfect for our group. We spent most of our time outside and in the large family room. It was well equipped to cook several meals. We loved the pool and firepit areas! Our only complaint was bedroom 3 was not listed correctly - it stated 2 twin beds, 1 queen, and 1 twin bunk bed (i.e. 4 beds) - in actuality, it had 1 bunk bed that had a queen and a twin, and then a twin trundle, so we were two beds short. Luckily, the couches were comfortable and we used the provided air mattresses. Otherwise, this was absolutely perfect. The host was easy to communicate with and a great place for our group of friends!

11 members of the family gathered from different parts of Texas and California for much needed downtime. Our time together was outstanding and precious. The house provided us all different types of fun opportunities. We spent virtually all day every day in the gorgeous pool. Ann was very receptive to us and accommodating. We are already planning to going back next year!

I stayed here with my grown children and grandchildren. We never left the house!!! Kitchen stocked to perfection, pantry size of a bedroom. The view from the outdoors to the green hills was super. We lived in the pool and patio then had grandchild performances in movie room with popcorn in the evening. No negatives for us!!!

We were in town for a long weekend for a Bachelor party with a group of 12 and had the best time at the house. The pool and outside space exceeded expectations. The kitchen/dining/living space was also a great place for the large group to hang out. The hosts were great and always responded quickly to any questions.

The property was stunning with modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout to host our event. The kitchen was a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample space for meal preparation. The bedrooms were cozy and super comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning outdoor area. The expansive patio and pool area provided the perfect setting for dining and enjoying nature with butterflies and birds flying about. Additionally, the host was a delight to communicate with. We recently stayed at this fantastic house and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect for us as it was incredibly close to Villa Antonia, where my sister's wedding took place. The house itself had everything we could possibly need, and more! With 8 adults and two kids in our group (ages 11 and 1), we were delighted to find that the space was incredibly spacious, allowing everyone to have their own comfortable areas while still enjoying shared spaces for quality time together. One of the standout features of our stay was the impeccable cleanliness of the house. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel instantly at ease. The host was an absolute delight to communicate with, being incredibly responsive and providing detailed information not only about the house but also about local restaurants and parks. Their recommendations really enhanced our stay and helped us make the most of our time in the area. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we're already planning to stay here again when we come back to Texas. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place.

I booked this property for a mini-family reunion for 9 adults and one baby. Upon arrival, everyone was impressed. Plenty of space, property is beautiful, clean and well-kept. The owners were lovely to work with and answered any questions immediately. They even reached out proactively when a hail storm was about to blow through to allow us access to their garage/protect our cars- a move that is GREATLY appreciated! Our family likes to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. I'd say the place was perfect for our needs and we'll be back with friends one day! Many Thanks!

A small group of old friends gathered here for a reunion and eclipse viewing. It really couldn't have been a better choice. I was expecting to go out, check out the local pub and restaurants, but the house was so nice we never wanted to leave.
