## Space

The house can accommodate up to 16 people (10 adults and 4 to 8 children/teenagers). The house has 5 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and one bedroom with 4 bunk beds.
The rooms are large and well appointed. The house also boasts a beautiful swimming pool and a large, shaded outdoor terrace where you can enjoy your meals. The vast garden is fully fenced.

## Notes

Furniture must not be moved and the kitchen must be left clean.
An additional cleaning fee of €100 will be charged if the kitchen is not left in a suitable condition (dishes clean and tidy, rubbish emptied, glass bottles disposed of in municipal containers).
A deposit of €2000 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. We use the Swikly secure online service, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.
