The property will be ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay, and basic supplies are provided to get you started. The property has Wi-Fi access, and you’ll be welcomed in person upon arrival.

The property accommodates up to 8 people and is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
• A bright living room that opens wide onto the terrace, creating a pleasant flow between indoors and outdoors. Furnished with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a TV, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy time together in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, ideal for cooking and sharing good times with family or friends. A central island with 5 stools creates a welcoming space for breakfast, sharing a drink, or simply gathering while preparing meals. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, a toaster, a kettle, and a drip coffee maker, as well as all the necessary utensils, cutlery, and wine glasses. A high chair is also available for young children.
• A pleasant and restful first bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and featuring access to the terrace. Two nightstands and bedside lamps complete this comfortable sleeping area. It has its own bathroom with a shower, double sink, and toilet.
• A second bedroom with access to the terrace—comfortable and thoughtfully furnished—features a queen-size bed (160 x 200), nightstands and lamps, a dresser, and a TV for relaxing in complete tranquility. Its private bathroom, equipped with a shower, double sinks, and a toilet, completes this sleeping area.
• Separate toilet

On the first floor:
• The light blue bedroom, soft and soothing, features a double bed (140 x 200), flanked by two nightstands and bedside lamps. A dresser completes the furnishings. It has its own bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
• The dark blue bedroom, spacious and perfect for rest, is furnished with a generous king-size bed (180 x 200), two nightstands and lamps, and a dresser. It also has its own private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Outside, the villa features a private, fully fenced-in area of 100 m², designed to let you make the most of sunny days. The patio is furnished with a table and six chairs, outdoor seating, and sun loungers. A barbecue is also available for you to enjoy delicious meals al fresco.
A true invitation to relax, the private outdoor pool (6.5 x 3.5 m) is heated and accessible year-round. Equipped with an automatic pool cleaner, it also receives weekly maintenance from a pool specialist. A safety net for children is installed for added peace of mind.
The villa also features a private dock, the perfect spot to fully enjoy its seaside setting.

Finally, four parking spaces are available directly in front of the villa.

Exploring the Surroundings:
Ideally located on Martinique’s Atlantic coast, the villa enjoys a prime location for exploring both the north and south of the island. Just 17 minutes from Le Robert and 19 minutes from Le François, it offers easy access to these two iconic towns while allowing you to enjoy, once you’re there, a peaceful neighborhood sheltered from the hustle and bustle of tourism, lulled by birdsong.
The surrounding area is full of must-see sites: the Caravelle Peninsula and its famous lighthouse, accessible after a pleasant hike; the Sainte-Marie tombolo; and several nearby distilleries. The Balata Garden nicely rounds out the options for excursions across the island.
Thanks to the villa’s private dock, you can also set out by boat to explore the islets of Le Robert and Le François—a wonderful way to discover the coast’s treasures from the sea.

Restaurants and a bakery are just a 6-minute drive away, while a supermarket is a 17-minute drive away—enough to enjoy delicious meals throughout your stay.
