There was a distinct odor in the blanket, pillows, towel. No hair dryer or iron pot provided. The property has 2-3 different hotels, they staff wasn't courteous when I was trying to take 2 large luggage bags to my room's floor in a wrong building - please provide the instructions beforehand!"

"Toilet was out of order in our room. When we requested to switch the room, receptionist send someone to fix the toilet. It worked for short-term, but did not solve the problem. The toilet remained out of order."

"I had a 17 hour layover in Paris and decided to stay at this property before my next long leg of travel to relax à little. I was pretty disappointed with how rude and robotic was the male worker at the reception, then the room was really hot. No AC and not air circulation, no even a window for air. It was like a box. The owners/ management team didn’t even think to put head lumps or just a lump for softer light at night, didn’t even think to put a clock in the room especially with travelers...

"A hidden gem in the heart of Montmartre, well located with 2 metro stations close by, plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The rooms are small but cozy, beautifully decorated, great amenities by L'Occitane, comfortable bed, blackout drapes and a superb A/C. Greatly recommended."

"None of staff is always in the lobby. It’s rediculous service for such expensive price. Being unable to lock the door from inside did invade customer’s privacy only for hotel’s convenience of house keeping. The table in my room was very dirty but wasn’t cleaned at all every time. About anything, it worthwhile staying."

"We arrived a day late to this hotel bc we misjudged the dates as we were traveling from North America. I was able to get a hold of the hotel and explain what happened - they did charge me for the night missed (understandable) and confirmed to me that my room was still available as I paid for it (missed the cancelation window). When I get there the elevator wasn't working & Angelica in the front was being quite shady mentioning how we may have to wait if our room isnt ready. We questioned that...
