"From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Christopher. The Luma Hotel is nestled between two bigger building's which makes it a quiet environment away from the busy City but centrally located and close to everything. I heard nothing when I went to bed. It's a little things that a hotel offers and this property was no exception. From the Nespresso coffee machine, the sound machine and umbrellas on a rainy day I feel very well taken care of away from home."
"The service was excellent. One day they forgot to clean out room but the reaccions of the team was very good and professional.
The only bad thing was the noise from the street. I think that there was a building close by in construction.

"What an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. We were greeted and given a thank goodie bag and upgraded because it was my boyfriend’s birthday. We had the best and most wonderful stay and I highly recommend it. We will be back and this will be our hotel in New York City!!"

"I loved that this hotel was right in the action of the city, but we felt very safe. It was great to only take a taxi to and from the airport for a quick weekend visit. Our main mission was Hamilton, and it's a quick walk to Richard Rogers Theatre. "

"It was a nice clean room and was convenient to everything. Quiet enough. The only incident we had was in the rooftop bar on saturday night 9/13/25. We were given last call and we ordered a round. Immediately after it was served, a worker came and stood by us and was muttering under his breath "midnight" repeatedly.
