For example, 2 couples may decide to book the entire property, paying the price for 7/8 persons.

We are located in the countryside by Pacengo of Lazise in a quiet and relaxing area. The complex is located 800 meters from Pacengo and 1500 meters from the lake. At the same distance, you can reach Gardaland, an amusement park icon known throughout Europe.
The area has numerous cycle paths that wind their way through the many vineyards in the area.
The apartment spreads over 3 * floors for approximately 150 m2. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a kitchenette, guest bathroom with window and closet. There is a small portion of garden on the front and a large terraced area on the back (east side). On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, a room with 2 bunk beds (4 beds), large terrace and bathroom with window and shower.
On the second floor there is a further very large double bedroom with sloping ceilings with private bathroom and shower.

The property also has a large garage for 2 cars (4 x 5 meters) in the basement. The residence has a huge 20 x 10 meter swimming pool, a tennis court.
In the property there is a washing machine, dishwasher, SAT tv, air conditioning and wifi.
It is compulsory to wear a bathing cap in the pool.
Pets are welcome in our apartment on request. However, as per the condominium regulations, they cannot access the common green area without a leash and cannot access the pool area.
